Super Sloooooow drive thru service and it’s not even busy. Smh upside down signs, flickering light post and flickering menu screens to the point you can’t read it 90% of the time. This place just had a remodel and seems like it went backwards instead of for the better. At least the food was fresh and hot.

Excited that 5th Street finally reopened, received coupons excited to use, well 2 original chicken sandwiches 2 med fries, I ordered a small onion ring. When we order delivery at work it comes from this Burger King, and it has really gone down hill the last year or so. The food is unfortunately always cold, not fresh, under cooked, missing sauce, and appears sloppily made (and occasionally missing items). Today, the burger patties were barely cooked and freezing cold and the meal was inedible. Just a heads up to hold off and go to the BK at a different location where the food is at least made hot/fresh and safe. Won’t be ordering here again. Blech.

This Burger King is well run with fast and friendly service.
There’s ample seating and the building and seating area is handicap accessible/friendly.
There aren’t too many vegan or vegetarian options on the menu but there are some available – including the Impossible Whopper
The drive thru lane seems to get backed up pretty easily so I recommend the BK app whenever possible. With the app, they have a loyalty and rewards program to earn points with every purchase and regular discount offers like $3 Whopper Wednesdays
Fountain soda machines have a few options for flavors.
I would say this BK meets any expectations that most people would have for a fast food restaurant.

Amazing staff so kind and patient. My mom got the orange whopper and didnt like how it tasted so the employee offered to make her a regular one. It was nicely decorated for halloween and so festive and clean.

By far the the worst experience I’ve had at a burger King. First of all the dining area was gross. And not like 20 minutes or we had a rush gross like we don’t care about our customers gross. They were out of multiple items the most bizarre being onion rings. That’s one of your signature sides… It’s like running out of fries. I got a twelve piece chicken fry and the staff obviously can’t count because i got 10. I didn’t bother asking about it because they were too busy talking about their personal business so loud everyone could hear it, that I figured they didn’t have time. They forgot my wife’s sundae and when she asked the woman at the front was too busy gossiping to pay attention and tried to give her a Hershey pie…. She had to explain what a sundae is and then was given a fork to eat it with? Clearly these “employees” don’t care about their customers and whoever is managing them tonight shouldn’t be in charge of anything. The picture I snapped was all I felt comfortable doing because of how aggressive the staff talked about how they “handle” things outside of work. If I want Burger King again I’ll drive to Exeter. 5th Street is clearly mismanaged and the staff have nothing but contempt for their customers. Do better.

I ordered a fish sandwich with just ketchup, cheese, and fish and after waiting ten minutes I received a sandwich with fish, pickles, and a disgusting amount of tartar slathered on BOTH sides of the fish patty that I couldn’t fully remove. Not really sure how one screws up this badly. Waste of $12.

Very nice with the new interior but no ice cream one day , no BBQ sauce another day . no mustard or ketchup on my sandwich they gave me packets when I went inside no pickles on the other lol oh check your bag always before you leave the drive thru
