There were only 3 people ahead of me in line when I arrived, but I was in line for literally 25 minutes. One person was making pizzas, and everyone was ordering 5-6 pizzas each. Perhaps adding a second person to make pizzas would have helped? By the time I left, the line was out the door! Pizza was still great, though!

The food looks, smells, and tastes phenomenal, and at $11 for their largest size, how can you lose? They have great garlic bread, and their crust is great.
The presentation is perfect, as I never felt like I was in any less than a 4.5-5 star restaurant. If you want quality food and to hang out with a couple friends or maybe a love interest/partner, this atmosphere is perfect. It’s pizza with class.

I walked in and immediately was greeted with a kind hello. It seems that that’s fallen out of practice. The two that worked on my food were Oscar and Chae. They were absolutely ON IT, taking my order and leaving a smile on my face with their small talk and highly professional manner. They have a very aesthetic kitchen area that SCREAMS style, and they worked around the kitchen effortlessly. They knew what they were talking about, they offered me the right deals, let me know what their most requested items were, and even showed me their mobile app.
They have made a returning customer out of me. If you’re looking for a pizza place near Riverdale Park, STOP LOOKING!

The food is nowhere near good enough for the service. The main girl who made our pizza and checked us out was very nice and welcoming, however the girl with the short bob, black hair, glasses and yellow hat, was so hostile she ruined our entire experience. We got 3 minis and 2 mods, any question was answered with hostility and one word replies and rude gestures. Definitely just got treated like a nuisance for wanting pizza with my kids. The only time I saw her smile, was when she was mimicking my kids after they went to ask for a water cup to her coworker. Go literally anywhere else, so not worth the service. I see there’s reviews mention her exact demeanor from 9 months ago and clearly nothing was done so the establishment doesn’t care and you shouldn’t either.

This is the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
Their ‘Mega Dough’ pizza is super delicious. Do not forget to get garlic strips/bread.
It’s also very reasonable, totally worth of money.
Also, all the employees are so good at serving. Very humble and helpful.

I would like to sincerely issue an apology to the entire staff for my previous post.
Upon watching you guys make the pizza.
I observed that the conditions of the pizza may vary because not all of the toppings cook the same in the oven.
Overall. My experiences have been phenomenal.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and I am forever grateful for that.
I understand that it’s not always easy to meet expectations when people don’t truly understand how things work in the kitchen.
So again, I APOLOGIZE to EVERYONE that I might’ve hurt.
And thank you for being awesome. Keep rocking out ❤️

I’m a huge fan of fast casual dining and MOD does this really well. It’s a great bang your buck as far as quantity/quality for the price. I’ve been twice now and really enjoyed it both times, having gotten different combinations. My only complaint is that I’ll occasionally get a bite that tastes like sausage, which is odd and a little concerning since I have gotten vegetarian pizzas both times. I’m not sure if this has to do with being cooked in the same oven as meat pizza or how the toppings are handled.

Pizza was amazing and 5 stars. The workers all seemed upset and I was not greeted upon entering the establishment. So thats really what brings me back to a business. Great tasting food, but if I’m spending my money I’d like to be spoken to and receive smiles. I should not ever feel uncomfortable dining out with my family and I. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this Mod pizza due to my experience this was a first visit to this location and will be my last.
