Food was fine, but I won’t be returning until they get rid of the AI bot in the drive thru. Even if AI wasn’t a cancer, it was extremely annoying and tried to upsell way too much.

Me and my wife just went down there and ordered two of the boberry sausage biscuits which we waited in line 10 minutes for and even had to pull up to the front so that they could bring it out to us because something wasn’t finished cooking apparently. When we get home the biscuits have obviously been sitting out for a little bit and there is no icing whatsoever on them. Terrible.

I visit this location quite a bit for breakfast and I have to say that the quality is pretty good. I’ve had a few instances of not so friendly staff but for the most part, a generally good experience.

They serve fantastic food and it’s great when it’s hot and fresh. Although most the time they forget an item or two in every single order I place. Their AI Bo-Linda is kind of off-putting and slightly scary at times. She doesn’t understand pretty much anything you tell her and gets confused and then a person has to step in. Pretty nice staff, patient with you. The atmosphere inside is great. It’s normally very quiet. Again, the only problem I really have is they forget things.

Hadn’t been to Bojangles for several years. Went recently and was surprised that they no longer carry chicken without Cajun seasoning. We were told the chicken bites had less seasoning. We had them. They were okay but we won’t be back.

I hate to say it.. but you won’t get my business anymore. Your “AI” ordering system dose not work. I ordered 5 biscuits and not one of them were right. It was disappointing. I refuse to talk to a computer to order my meal.

Every was great except the AI order taker. It (with a female voice) I guess it didn’t hear a order of Bo rounds. And I ordered a steak biscuit sandwich with Bo rounds as my side and got fries. I’m not mad. I learned to go in and order. The nice guy at the window fixed my order with no issues.
