As an Arizona native, I can personally say these people know what they’re doing! I’ve been in Colorado now for way too long, and I miss the taste of home. Birria/”Dipping” tacos have been really popular recently and I really have come to enjoy the flair. I’ve tried the tacos, and other Mexican dishes, from spots everywhere around here and nobody gets the flavor quite like these wonderful folks!
My first visit made me a little nervous, only because I’m not a frequent go-er when it comes to food trucks, but the people behind this truck have CERTAINLY changed that!
They’ve got good music going all the time, plenty of shade, and tables to wait and eat at if you enjoy the vibe, but they give out buzzers too in case you’d rather wait in the car, (which I did my first time).
For those of you who also aren’t a fan of trucks, (usually), I’ve recently found they’ll be opening a location soon!! For those of you who have been fans a while, this is FANTASTIC NEWS! I plan to see many of you other regulars!
Every time I visit, they’re warm and friendly, and they seem to be really proud of the food they are serving! As someone who’s worked in food in the past, this is ALWAYS a great sign!
I hope these guys make it far, it’s only food and service, but it truly makes a difference when you know they’re good at what they do, and proud of what they do.

I eat here on a fairly regular basis. It’s DELICIOUS! The quality is always extremely consistent. Everything that they serve is delicious. My favorites are tacos al pastor, they come with grilled onions and jalapenos and limes. I love that they have seating as well.

I come here after work and have absolutely been amazed every time. I look forward to getting their tacos; they’ve definitely got the best birria in town, and I’ve tried a lot of the competition, (it’s what I personally recommend!). The price is phenomenal for the type of quality I taste in the food. I have yet to be disappointed by anything! The people behind this business are wonderful and kind every time I’ve come, and they’ve got a really cute set up to eat at with music and tables. I really like this spot for lunch! ☺️

This was our first time ordering from Moctezuma. The website makes ordering easy. We got a burrito, quesadilla and nachos. It is a quick drive from our house and the order was ready within a few minutes of arriving. They did a great job creating their own little oasis right at the corner of Union and Vickers.
Everything was packaged well. The food was nice and hot… and most importantly, everything was absolutely delicious. Portions are very healthy.
If you are in the mood for Mexican food this is definitely one of the best in the area. We will be back soon. Thank you for a great dinner!

Our first time ordering from here and everything was absolutely delicious. I got the carnitas bowl with queso and my husband got the carne asada quesadilla. Soooo freaking good and looked delicious too. No pictures bc we are big backs and eat before I remember. lol

Food was pretty good however they had no prices on the menu. A carne asada quesadilla was almost 16. I thought the whole point of a food truck was to cut down on costs. I thought this price was very high and the lack of prices on the menu decieving. I was hoping the quesadilla would blow my mind to make up for it but it was just a little above average I felt.

First, their website is very professional and the ordering process was fast and simple.
Second, when I arrived, I was able to pick up my order right away, and the whole order was correct – which is something exceedingly rare, anymore…
Lastly – and most importantly – the food was excellent! We had 2 burritos and 1 order of nachos, and everything was very good.
…and all of this from a food truck! We were really impressed – we’ll definitely be back!
