Friendly staff and great food. Everything was great except the onion rings were a bit too greasy. Homemade potato chips were great. I’d definitely come back again.

The food is surprisingly good. We didn’t expect much because it is a Cafe within the Dinosaur park, but they are good. Fries are especially crispy and nice.

If you look at my reviews, I don’t usually give low stars, but in this case it’s because of the two ladies working that day and the condition of the restaurant. When we walked in there were two women sitting at the high top table using their phones and no one else. I looked around and the restaurant had dirty tables, soda on the floor below the machine and I think, ok, they must be short staffed. So, we’re standing there for at least 3 minutes before one of them audibly sighs and gets up. So, I didn’t realize the two ladies worked there until that point, we were about to leave. One comes to the counter and is unfriendly (I’m extremely friendly and always smiling so it’s hard to be cold to me). I ignore the behavior and try to put myself into her shoes and we both order our food. They don’t say anything after we pay (no setting of expectations), just walk off to make the food. So, we go make our drinks and sit down. About 10 minutes later, they motion to me at the table and I think she said the order number (from the receipt), but it wasn’t clear.

Service was incredibly slow. 28 minutes for 2 chicken salad wraps. The wraps were good though. The dining room was filthy. Workers were more interested in their phones. Get off your phones, clean the tables, empty the garbage and sweep the floor. Again the food was good but this place could be so much better.

The food was ok but the atmosphere is not welcoming there are signs everywhere that make you feel like you’re an inconvenience

We ordered some drinks and dessert to go. The frozen chocolate yogurt was delicious! The staff weren’t that friendly and were zombies like. Aside from that, it was a good experience.

The chicken Caesar salad was surprisingly good. You have great views around this place too obviously. I will say whoever was working register on 7/25 around noon was not welcoming at all. I get it, I deal with tourists at work all day, but dang…

Great place to eat near Canyonlands if you don’t plan on going back to Moab. Would recommend trying the American cobb salad. It’s very tasty, especially with the bacon bits. For dessert, consider getting a gelato, which is great for the hot summer weather.

Salads were made fresh to order. Cobb salad was delicious, bacon was hot and crispy! Burger was better than fast food, fresh lettuce, red onion, nice quarter of a deli pickle on the side and reasonably priced. Fries were nice, but I’ll go for homemade chips next time! Veggie burgers for those who like that.

I’ve never seen such bad customer service. I understand it is hard to be short staffed, but you can still be kind and polite. After waiting several minutes for a cashier, I realized there was a sign to ring for service. Even after we rang the bell it took a couple minutes. Then she seemed very annoyed that we were there and even grunted angrily after she walked away to make our order. They would completely ignore people waiting to order. They would look at them and keep doing what they were doing without even an “I’ll be right with you” people would stand there just looking confused. There was no ice in their soda fountain (it is very hot outside) and they sold person after person fountain drinks and then waited for each of them to come back and say your out of ice. Then the cashier said “yeah, I know” and as the person finally started to walk away she said “I can get you some if you want.” If you know it is out…. Why aren’t you filling the cups with ice when you sell them? And then to top it all off there was no carbonation in the soda. Also, the staff seemed to be arguing when we first got there and then wouldn’t look at each other and were acting super tense when near each other. Super uncomfortable. The food was not bad it was just a bad experience because the staff.
