Delicious! Ordered 4 pizzas & 2 salads with family in from out of town. Spinach Specialty w feta cheese,tomatoes etc was AWESOME. Also got a Hawaiian, a Pepperoni, and a Meatball w banana peppers. The place was super busy, but service was fast and food was great!

Worst service I’ve ever had food was almost an hour late and got my sub wrong even though the receipt showed no this or no that. They lied about how many drivers they had food is basically cold and they just put me on hold when I tried to get them to correct the situation

Super rude staff. Called to complain about what appears to be a pizza casserole in a box and his excuse was “it’s busy”. I might be wrong but if I wanted pizza casserole I’d be more than happy to buy some chef boyardee, put it in the oven for 5 minutes only to take it out and throw it in a blender before returning it to the tray. I asked for a refund simply because I have been buying pizza from these folks since they first opened their doors and the kid that was on the other end of the phone offered a $10 credit thinking that was sufficient. Again, I could be wrong, but if the pizza isn’t actually a pizza and that is what I ordered, wouldn’t that qualify for a refund? Highly disappointed and will not be ordering from this establishment again.

The food is actually really good which is why I gave them the two stars but the service has declined greatly. Ordered pizza and wings. When my order was delivered the toppings were incorrect and they didn’t bring the sauce for the wings. So I called and asked for a small plain pizza and they agreed. An hour later called them back and was told their district manager put the pizza in the pickup bin. Was asked if I still wanted it. Well heck no. Dinner was hour and a half ago. So they gave me a $10 credit. Big deal.

A group of friends and I regularly order pizza. On 5/16/18 we put in our regular order (approx value $80). We were told that it would be a 1 hour wait time. After an hour and a half (1.5 hours) we called and were told that the driver had left recently. Twenty minutes later we called again, (not very happy) and demanded to talk to a manager. I was put on hold for 15 minutes while the person on the phones kept picking up the phone to ask if I needed anything. Each time I would just respond that I was waiting for a manager. Finally a manager picked up, I explained what had happened. No apologies were offered, neither were we offered a discount. The manager said she would remake our order and drive it out to us in 20 minutes. Obviously fed up at this point, I cancelled the order. While we really enjoy the pizza from this establishment, the service was so bad this time that it will be several months before we order from here again. Not happy.

It’s about time I write a review for this place, I’m in here at least once a week usually.
First, their prices are great. Second, the food is always fast but great quality. Third, the staff is wonderful and I’ve never had a bad experience.
My go to favs are the turkey sub or the extra large deal with curly crispers. Seriously, try this place out- you won’t regret it.
Edit: I wanted to add that a lot of the reviews on here are really selfish and rude. Hiring people to work in places like food service right now is incredibly difficult. If someone is a bit rushed on the phone, or delivery isn’t available, or something is delayed, I’m quite sure it’s because they just don’t have the staff. If it’s that much of an issue, I suggest you have your kids go work for them and help with the staffing shortage. Otherwise, just pick your food up yourself! We’re all people and one person can not run a whole business their self and deliver your food. Gain some perspective y’all.

So their pizza is really and about the going price of take out around here. But their consistency is lacking and they cheap out on napkins and ketchup packets. I never get any unless I ask while other places give them with every order. I also found it strange that they don’t provide bread with their house salads. And when you ask for extra of something or on the side you rarely get it. Also why no desserts?

The only thing we didn’t like was, the guy that took our order and money started making our pizza with no gloves nor washed his hands. Had to ask if he washed his hands. His response was “I can if you’d like”. Just gives you a bad vibe. It was everything to not just get our money back and leave.
