Great prices. Quick service despite being extremely busy. Open kitchen that shows how clean and well kept it is. Tastes just like Sarku Japan from the Galleria Mall days.

Food was not good at all. Couldn’t eat more than a few bites. Sushi was flavorless, crab Rangoon’s were ALL cream cheese, veggies were all cabbage with 2 thin slices of carrot, dumplings were flavorless and didn’t come with dumpling sauce, steak had a strange black pepper flavor. Only thing that was good was the mango tea with mango boba. I will not be going back.

Not the best food. I was told by someone they had really good food and I heard the wait time was 3-4 hours. But when I ordered I got the food quick ready in less then 15 min and I ordered 3 meals. A lot of it had very little taste to it. Not impressed.

Fairly disappointed in the portions and flavor based on the rave reviews. The sauce was light and not very flavorful. Opted for tofu since I don’t eat meat anymore. 6 big pieces that were too soft and one was slightly rubbery. This is not the place for veggies as it was a light amount of cabbage, 2 tiny pieces of broccoli and 2.5 small slices of carrot. Upgraded to fried rice it tastes like one you’d get in the freezer aisle. I paid for extra veggies and what I got would be disappointing even without asking. Shrimp Shumai was bland and small portion. Good service and ready fast, but not for me.

MJ’s is going to be my go to place from now on. The food was incredible and priced very well! I highly recommend the Crab Rangoon’s! The workers there were extremely pleasant to talk to and humorous. You can see right into the kitchen and see that everything is kept very clean.

The food is always fresh. I love the mall chicken teriyaki but this place is so much better. They should have M J Teriyaki ‘s everywhere. I’m so glad they are in Taunton. Sometimes there’s a wait if you order in the restaurant but it’s cooked to order. You can call ahead. You won’t be disappointed.

The food here is really good — fresh ingredients, great flavors, and decent portions. I’ve ordered a few times now, and every dish I’ve tried has been delicious.
That said, the accuracy of the orders is hit-or-miss. I’ve had missing items the last two times I’ve ordered. It’s disappointing when you’re looking forward to a specific dish and it’s incorrect.
If they could tighten up their attention to detail, this place would easily be a 5-star experience. Just double-check your order before you leave.

Teriyaki flavor was worst i’ve had out of any asian spot in the city. Quality was what you’d expect for a small takeout spot, not great. I think i’d rather get takeout from Grampy’s downtown if that was an option. Anywhere else but here.
