I was actually nervous about placing an order through the app here. I read some of the recent reviews on Google Maps and most were 1 ⭐, except for one reviewer who gave this Domino’s 5 ⭐ s because she said the inside was tidy and her order was good. We were in Kittery and my kids wanted pizza !
I was very surprised at how well I was treated and our order was ready at the promised time on the app! I was asked if I needed paper plates and napkins. The inside was tidy, including the bathroom! Everyone liked the pizzas! I’m not a big fan of pizza anymore but I liked it.
The staff were even patient when my son acted up. I took my son outside and sat at the available table with chairs as we finished our pizza. My friend, she sat with my daughter inside.
We came back a second time and received good service.
Wisconsin 6 Cheese pizza everyone likes the best.

Absolutely infuriated with our delivery tonight. Placed an order for one medium ham and pineapple pizza and a large thin crust alfredo, spinach, and feta pizza at 6:07pm for an ETA delivery of 25-35 minutes. We waited and waited and about a half hour in when it still wasn’t even out for delivery we gave a little leeway thinking “Oh it’s Saturday Night pizza and college football.”. Well then we hit an hour in and it finally said out for delivery. For reference to the story, according to Google Maps we live a solid 5-7 minutes away. Yes, we could have picked up but we’re relaxing in pj’s and what’s the point of delivery if it’s not okay? Anyways a full 1 hour and 20 minutes after our initial placing of the order our pizzas finally arrived. Our driver apologized for the delay and we understood it wasn’t his fault. Unfortunately, our pizzas were cold. Our large alfredo, spinach, and feta was like cardboard, had no feta, and barely had an alfredo sauce on it. Our ham and pineapple luckily saved our hungry selves after a quick trip in the toaster oven.

I’m upset because, I ordered from this place And what came to me was to feed a two-year-old child I ordered a chicken Alfredo, and two marinated pastas. And I only got a quarter of the plate . Why put coupons if they are going to cheat him with what they send him, I think he is going to do the first and last time he buys in this place.
I even had to throw out the salad because it was so bad it was a shame that such a famous place has to earn a star for not knowing what the workers are doing.

I ordered 1 large pizza and 1 order of garlic bites. It was good for fast-food pizza not the best I’ve ever had from them or other fast-food pizza chains but still tasty. The pizza and garlic bites were still warm when I got home which is a plus. 🙂

Put in an order online at 5pm for carry out, it said it would take 13-18 minutes. That was fine. We went to pick it up at 15 minutes – they hadn’t even started it yet. Apparently there was a very large order (50 pizzas) ahead of us. It didn’t even get put into the oven until 5:40. We ordered online, with my profile, so my phone number was right there. They could have called when we ordered to inform us of the large order, and that it would take longer to get around to ours, so we could decide if we wanted to wait or not. They did not do this however, which I found incredibly rude.

They wear gloves to prepare your pizza but not to actually pull it out of the oven or box it. Which is Backwards..
Sat here for about an hour watching them touch every single pizza with their bare hands, after cooking them. Even to pull it out of the oven. Really, it is asinine to think you would prepare pizzas with gloves, then bake your Pizza and kill any germs that could have possibly been there with gloves on, then handle your pizzas without gloves on.
That is absolutely a problem and shows nobody here knows anything about food safety. If anything you prepare a pizza without gloves on and then wear gloves to handle it and put it in the box… how is this that hard to understand?
I am sharing this to every single person I know in the area. There’s places in town that use gloves when handling prepared food, not just while preparing food.

Ordered in the app, which said it would be ready in about 20 minutes. Arrived 20 minutes later, only to wait an hour and a half. There was only one person working, and because they were so busy it was impossible to ask them to cancel the order. Very disappointed

I went online to order 2 medium 2-topping pizzas for 6.99 each, picking up at the store. I followed the instructions, expecting $14 plus tax. My bill was $18+ because I added a garlic dip. I didn’t dispute because the app was very frustrating wanting me to add this-here and that-there and I got so tired of trying to complete the frigging order I just ordered the two pizzas. When I got there, they said the total was $20+. When I questioned it they said it was the tax. When I told them what I had ordered, expecting the special price, I was told that what I ordered was not part of the special. But the app was walking me through the order for the discount. They said the app didn’t do that correctly and I needed to read the full coupon requirements first. What I got from this: don’t order from the app if you are using a coupon. Ordering from the app takes longer than calling it in, and make sure the price you are quoted is the actual full price.
