Recently went to Mizu for for a friend’s birthday. Haven’t been here in 5 years. And I was not disappointed at all. It was just as I remembered.
This time we weren’t limited to three rolls at a time so my friend went a bit overboard and they do serve food on a dragon plate .
They have a wide variety of sushi choices, appetizers, and drinks.
Lunch price as of 12/18/25 is $22.99
and Dinner is $29.99
The only stipulation is that if you don’t finish you pay for the rolls you didn’t eat. So word of advice order a roll or two and just add on as you go. Definitely a nice place for lunch or a date night if you love sushi and if you like spicy sauce and cooked rolls try the Godzilla roll it’s delish.

I was a bit worried to come here after seeing the reviews but i thought it was really good! The food was yummy and the service was fast and friendly. I was scared to leave some food behind because of negative reviews saying it would be an extra charge… but when we were wrapping up our meal and I had ~1/3 of my roll left, the waitress actually brought me a to-go box with no extra charge which i’ve never seen before at an ACYE place! Our party of 2 did not see an 18% service charge added, but it does say on the menu that this will be added for parties of 5 or more. Also lots of good options for vegetarians!

Went to Mizu not too long ago with a group of friends. We chose the all you can eat option, and the food was not bad— some rolls and sushi were good but overall you can find better quality in many other spots. We came in as a party of 3, and saw on the ordering sheet that a gratuity charge will be added to a party of 5 or more. This is why we were surprised when we saw the 18% charge added automatically to our bills and when we asked the manager, he kept giving us unintelligible responses such as “it’s because it’s all you can eat,” or “it is like that on the sheet.” We pointed it out on the sheet to him and after visible frustration he proceeded to take off the charge. After this, he rudely threw back our bills and made no attempt at being polite (not a big difference from what he was providing earlier either). Additionally as I have seen in other reviews as well, he also got up in our faces because we forgot to sign and pointed with his finger. Then, as we were leaving he stared at us and did not say anything. As a service worker myself I almost always tip well whenever provided with good service, but this experience definitely tainted my perception of this place with it’s bad business practices. I do not want to entirely blame everyone as the younger waitress was very kind and so was the other waitress. It hurts me to see bad business practices by leadership such as these leading to good workers having to suffer as a result, as our scenario is definitely very common. Please take your money to other businesses which respect their customers and employees.

DO NOT EAT HERE, UNLESS YOU WANT RUDE SERVERS, AND PEOPLE WATCHING OVER YOU WHEN YOU EAT!!!
Horrible experience at this establishment. Went out to eat one night with my fiancé, and the servers were very rude. I got the AYCE and since she’s the biggest fan of sushi, but was willing to try 1 or 2 pieces of mine just to see if she’d like it. She got herself a couple appetizers and the ramen. The waitress kept making it clear that we could not share or they would have to charge us for 2 AYCE. Food was mediocre, ramen was tasteless, and the service was abysmal. For the service we had, I didn’t think they deserved a good tip bc of how rude they had been since the moment we got there. When it came time to pay, they brought me the check. I forgot to sign on the receipt when the man (which I assume is the owner) slammed the checkbook on the table infront of me and pointed at the receipt. I really wanted to go off on him, but I kept my cool. Signed the receipt and went on my way. Would not recommend anyone to eat here.

Irene as always was awesome! My hubby got a few surprises for his birthday celebration with the family, and so did I! The food was great. Love their miso soup! The cozy atmosphere, having little ones, was a big help.

This is truly some of the best sushi I have ever had, the rice is so soft, all of the fish is super fresh, the avocado is perfectly ripe. This was only $17 for 3 rolls during lunch. I would never get sushi from anywhere else if that was possible. Thank you so much for this delicious meal, I really needed this today, I will be back!

I loved this place, from the food to the way it looked in the inside. Their service was great and they were super welcoming to me since it was my first time trying sushi. They helped me pick the good stuff and even hooked me up with their takoyaki which is my favorite thing now. I’m completely fine with the tip being added, and although people think it’s a scam, I see it as people who are trying everything to provide for themselves and their families. The speed of the order was kind of expected since it was full and we were a large group, so I’d say the only thing to remember when going here is to order less at the beginning so that you can get your food faster, otherwise I completely recommend this and everyone should go!

Went w friends after bike ride so we were hungry. Cooked food was good – fried scallops, chicken cutlets, fries shumai.
Sushi was mediocre. Sashimi were paper thin. Rolls were ok- if you prefer slightly hard rice.
Here’s some catches about All You Can Eat in their menu. You can only have 4 sashimi pieces for every roll. So if you get 2 rolls, then you can get 8 paper thin pieces of sashimi.
Another catch – you can only have 1 dessert piece. So you can have 1 mochi, 1 cheese cake slice, or 1 cracker something. That is not the definition of All you can eat.
Service was ok. The place is clean w lots of parking.
Heres a BIG catch – they include thr TIP in the bill. I understand if its a big party- but it was 3 of us. We paid the bill and added the tip. We realized later what happened. I guess I would go back in a pinch if friends wanted to go.
Would I recommend the place? Ahh, No.
I like trying sushi places and will move on.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this sushi place. The service was terrible from start to finish. The cashier constantly watched us on camera while we were there, which felt uncomfortable and intrusive. When we tried to order more sushi on the all-you-can-eat menu, he gave us an unbelievably rude attitude, treating us like children and insisting we couldn’t order anything new until we “finished what was left” — mind you, we were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.
To make matters worse, after we had already paid, he outright swore at my friend. Completely unprofessional behavior and unacceptable treatment. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before dining here.
