Obviously my experience doesn’t guarantee you’ll have the same experience. However, this was one of the most efficient and professional facilities I have been to. My appointment was at 9:00 pm. I got the early at 7:45. They took me right in and once in the dock I was unloaded in 20 minutes. Great job!

I picked up here on a Friday and didn’t deliver till Monday in Jacksonville Florida, well when I got there Monday the load had shifted because it wasn’t loaded right and secured properly it got rejected so I had to come all the way back up and get it taken off spaghetti sauce was everywhere. But they did clean the trailer out for me thanks guys. Just be mindful when you are picking up a trailer full of sauce to check how it’s loaded they are suppose to be loaded sideways and have plenty of air bags. Take it from me you don’t want to have this happen to you.

My load was to be picked up at 0200. Upon my arrival the gal said my load was to be picked up at 0300 and was being loaded currently. At 0430 my load was ready. Later that day my fleet manager said another driver and I had been given each other’s loads. It was a whole thing and new BOLs had to be issued.

Very disciplined place. Need appointment but staff at receiving side is very professional and friendly. I’m day early but they told me that they’ll work me in. They told me that it might take little while but I’ll be done. I really appreciated their help and friendly helpful attitude . Again this is receiving side. No overnight parking.
