I was ordering from here about 3-4 times a month on DoorDash. I have an allergy and they were amazing about accommodating me. Most places aren’t. I always call after the order is placed because I was told not to do it ahead of time and call after it’s placed. Well today I couldn’t get through right away, by the time I got through they said ok. Then called right back and said they could not accommodate the allergy because they already started cooking it. The person stated to hold and he would talk to his manager. The manager came on the line and was extremely rude. I advised I couldn’t eat it at all and asked if any other options. He said no, there was nothing he could do. I stated I would be out over $90 due to not being able to eat it. He said “well do you expect me to be out money because you can’t eat it?” Well no, but maybe help me with some options. He said you should have checked the allergy box on door dash, I stated there isn’t one or I wouldn’t have to call everytime I order. He said let me check that, then came back and said “oh I guess they took that option away.” He said I suggest next time to call before you place the order, I said I have and was told not to call until the order has been placed. He said he only has one person there that would say that and would talk to him about it.

Well unfortunately sir, I won’t be ordering anymore so you won’t have to worry about it. When I tell you I was so happy to find a hibachi place to accommodate an allergy and ordering $90+ ATLEAST twice a month or more! His employees would answer for me and already know the name for my order with the allergy. So it’s sad to see the manager respond like that.

The food is EXCELLENT!! And everyone else was super polite and easy to work with. Unfortunately the manager ruined it all just by being extremely rude.

**edit to add since the manager wants to discuss- i cancelled the order, for whatever reason, I still got the meal…. That went straight into the trash because I have an allergy. The establishment was made aware of allergy, hence why our conversation even happened to begin with. You really should work on your customer service, your tone is super rude and condescending. You’re not working in a minimum wage restaurant.

Food was good. Atmosphere was very nice. Place was nearly empty but service was terrible. Will never go here again because even though there was only two in my party dinning, we were charged a mandatory 20% service charge! Would not recommend this place and will never go back. I could understand a service charge if we sat on the side where they entertain you while you eat, but we sat in the quiet dinning area and were charged 20% which is unacceptable. They lost a customer forever. I feel robbed and disgusted because of the fee.

The food was okay. The sushi is served with the flowers as in the pictures. The noodles are decent, but really, you are here for the show.

I like the lighting, but it’s hard to hear. They need some flat foam segments on the walls or some greenery to dampen the noise. We climb hear the table catercorner to us better than the people next to us. That caused some confusion on our order.

Overall it’s a fun little spot, but not the best for intimate conversation. Enjoy the meal, but plan another stop at a bookstore or park afterwards if you want to chat.

Mito Hibachi and Sushi provided an outstanding dining experience that I would highly recommend. We ordered the hibachi with New York strip steak, cooked to a perfect medium rare—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The chef’s precision and skill at the grill made the experience both entertaining and delicious. The steak was seared beautifully on the outside while remaining pink and warm on the inside—exactly how a medium rare cut should be.

The meal began with a crisp, refreshing salad and a bowl of comforting miso soup, both included with the hibachi. The salad had a light, tangy ginger dressing that added just the right kick. The miso soup was warm, savory, and soothing—perfect for starting off the meal.

What truly made the evening special was the atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the hibachi chef brought energy and fun to the table, engaging everyone with tricks and laughter. It wasn’t just a meal—it was an experience. The ambiance was welcoming and ideal for both families and date nights. From start to finish, Mito delivered excellent food and great vibes. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!! Thank you so much we left with a great smile .

Amazing hibachi experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly right in front of us. The chef was entertaining, funny, and really knew how to keep the whole table engaged. Portions were generous, everything tasted incredible, and the atmosphere was fun and lively. Service was friendly and attentive from start to finish. Definitely one of the best hibachi spots I’ve been to — I’ll 100% be coming back!

Great hibachi. Delicious, quality food for fair price. Generous portion cooked to perfection. The chef and staff offered great entertainment as well to celebrate my birthday with the family. Clean restaurant and restroom. Keep up the good work.

Very good habachi place! Unique lighting almost like a club lol. The chef was very nice and fun to watch. You do automatically get a 20% gratuity added on, but you are coming to a place they provide a bit of a show for you and cook in front of you so it should be somewhat expected (only two of us dined in). Our orders were correct. There is also a sushi bar area. I had a blackberry mimosa which was very good, too.

We dined in for a Hibachi Birthday dinner and everything was delicious their portions and the shrimp were ginormous. We also ordered sushi at the grill, but I didn’t try it this time but I will. Our waitress Felicia was very attentive and friendly even though it was super busy. I would definitely suggest making a reservation on their website if you have a party of 6 more

Sat down at the sushi dinning area, so I can’t speak about the hibachi experience. The sushi is good, however the customer service could use some work. The waitress and sushi chef were constantly bickering with each other even while dropping off the food… giving us the wrong food and the taking it off the table with no explanation and not checking in on us while we were literally the only people back there. All the while, they slap on an automatic “service fee”, as in tip, when it was just 2 of us dinning. I will always tip on my bills, but giving poor service and FORCING people to tip on their bill is crazy.
