Probably the worst pizza/Stromboli I ever had. The Stromboli was cold inside and the margarita pizza had zero sauce and basil on it. The plain pizza tastes like cardboard. I honestly wish this was a good spot. We would order from here all the time but now have to drive 20 mins to get decent pizza

I picked up 2 cheese pizzas ordered over the phone for take out. I come here all the time so I didn’t think I had to check my food before leaving (Mr. P in Abington). My family comes here all the time and I never expected them to serve me an old pizza. I drove about 20 minutes home to find the second box of pizza was nothing like the first pizza. It was cold, old, dried up and hard; it literally felt like a frisbee. I immediately called them to complain, this is totally unacceptable! I was told some customers order “well done” pizza and the pizza may have been left on top of the oven and given to me. I never ask(ed) for “well done” and it should have never been served to me. I had time today so I drove 20 minutes back to Mr P Pizza to show them the pizza and request a refund for the inconvenience. This should have never happened. I was offered 2 “fresh pizzas” but at this point I declined because 2 “fresh pizzas” should have been given to me in the first place.

As I was waiting for my car to finish being services I decided to give this place a try. It a nice small place but has a very large menu. I settled on a slice of pepperoni pizza and some fries. One thing I like about this place is that you order your food and then the waitresses bring it to your table. So once I got the pizza it was a big slice. Crust was thin and crispy however the crust tasted bland and reminded me of school pizza from the 80’s and 90’s. Eating just the cheese and pepperoni was better than the crust. Fries were hot and unseasoned. Now I say this because no matter how.much salt I put on them to felt like there was none on them. I have to say I wasn’t impressed and because of that I decided on not getting something to take home.

We have been going to Mister P’s for YEARS! We followed them after they closed their store in NEPhilly…always had a great experience until tonight. We ordered Chicken Marsala and Mr. P’s linguine in white sauce with side salads.
We live approximately 30 minutes away and picked up our food.Once we arrived home and opened our food, it was like nothing we have ever received, and was certainly not the quality of food that we have come to expect after all the years we have ordered.
Our side salads were drenched with water. Now, I can appreciate the fact that the vegetables were washed previously, but to serve with that amount of water is unacceptable.
The Mr. P’s linguine was to be in a white sauce(scampi). There was an inch of water in the container, the entire dish tasted like hot watered noodles..the seafood was boiled.
The chicken Marsala was the same way, sitting in an inch of water with what looked like boiled chicken pieces.
I called the store immediately to express my concern, and the employee was incredibly rude. Once I stated that we order often…she replied so if you order all the time, you clearly like our food. Well, no duh…but this was not their usual food. I tried to explain to her what the issue was, and how far away we live and asked for a credit for the next time. She was very dismissive, condescending, and down right rude…AGAIN NOT WHAT WE HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM MISTER P’s. When we dine in, we are very friendly with the waitresses as they are with us. They often stand at our table to converse and are very interactive with my 3 young granddaughters. She told me the owner would contact me.
When I initially called, it was only regarding my dinner as my husband did not eat his yet. After I saw that his was the same hot water mess, I again called the store with the intent to ask the owner to call me directly. The girl was incredibly rude and said yeah, we know what’s going on, the owner didn’t come in so we don’t know why you are calling back to say the same thing: had she not been the way she was, she would’ve known that I wasn’t calling to complain about my dinner but also my husbands. I was so taken back by her rude behavior that I said now I see why they have so many bad reviews regarding the rude employees.
I don’t know when they changed but they changed and are not the same. Sad, but we are done with Mister P’s.

..was charged $18.00 when asked why was told nenu priced are not accurate maybe they should remove the menus,,, Hugh??! And food is not even worth the price will never come back bad business don’t have accurate price not the customer problem is it??? Anywhere else they would honor the price here they just argued with me pretty messed up.. will never freturn

I couldn’t even possibly explain how unbelievably terrible their customer service is. Messed up my entire order and tried to blame it on the uber driver even though the receipt was taped to the incorrect pizza. Had a teenager speaking to me on the phone and just laughing at me and making me out to be some sort of joke for asking how to fix the problem. Asked multiple times for the manager got a laugh in return. Never going here again.

THE WORST -I ordered thru a third party now the third party has my order correct -the 3rd party has no way of checking order — I call Mr.P’s 1st call on hold 5 mins then hung up on 2nd call-explain that the order was NOT what I ordered..girl said they will send out new corrected order..I get a phone call back ..MR. P Pizza says that there is nothing they can do! They messed up but I have to go thru loops..here’s the kicker ..my dish was so disgusting..dried out ..overcooked..and clam’s and mussles???

They stole my money and don’t know how to fully cook dough. I ordered cheese fries,I didn’t receive them but paid for them. I ordered a stromboli and it was unedible because there was soggy, stringy, mushy, dough on the inside. Don’t go here.
