The wine was absolutely delicious, and every pour was thoughtfully selected and explained. The food was just as impressive. I tried the long pasta with Bolognese sauce, the crab artichoke dip, and the green chile smash burger with fries seasoned in Old Bay. Each dish was flavorful and well-executed—the dip was rich and addictive, the pasta was hearty and comforting, and the smash burger delivered great green chile flavor without overwhelming the rest of the plate.
To top it all off, the lemon blueberry cheesecake was outstanding—bright, creamy, and perfectly balanced, with just the right touch of sweetness. It was the perfect finish to an already incredible meal.
Overall, Mission Winery delivered an exceptional combination of great wine, amazing food, and outstanding service. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed but elevated dining and tasting experience—and I’ll definitely be returning.
Wine was great – got the flight to try the Garnacha, the Cabernet, and the Pinot Gris. Food was overall good. Brussels sprouts were out of this world – wine sauce with pumpkin seeds and Brussels were soft and crunchy and so yummy. Seasonal salad was pretty underwhelming – just a simple spinach salad with very light dressing. The blueberries and shaved almonds were the best parts. Lobster deviled eggs were also just ok – lobster was overcooked and flavor was very mild. The salmon dish was good – fish was perfectly cooked, soft, and flavorful but the broccolini was a bit undercooked and the rice was a little gummy.
Very happy I tried this place, and enjoyed our night! Will try again.
Upon exiting the restaurant I decided I wanted to offer them a positive review and one that is still honest so I asked my amazing wife to dinner and came back in the service was absolutely excellent and was only matched by the quality of the food I chose the green chili smashburger and as any one knows I am the ultimate in and out fan I didn’t think anything could ever compare to my beloved double double. But hell I was wrong that burger was on point served with some fries.
The other item ordered by my lovely wife was a caramelized on smash burger my wife however is one of those that picks her food apart. This was the exception she devoured the first part of her burger and gave me the other half to try. It was absolutely divine!! It was served with battered onion chips and a ranch sauce.
Folks I must say I never in a million years would have imagined saying anything was better the the good old French fry but once again I was wrong they were phenomenal and finally the cheesecake was absolutely perfect. Once again my words fail to do this justice it deserves.
Drinks were good. Staff was friendly. The decor is really nice. The only down side was the smell. The moment we walked in the place smelled like sewage or bathroom with the door open. Thats the only down side I would say of this place.
The vibe was awesome, lots of cute Christmas decorations up right now. The brunch was great—red chile candied bacon is a MUST. Really enjoyed the drinks as well, mimosas and the midnight julep. Service was excellent!!
10/10 Sunday brunch spot.
Even without a reservation, the host kindly seated us at a high-top table right in front of the band. To our surprise, it was their first time having live music, and the band was *fantastic*! It really added to the ambiance of the winery, and I truly hope they become a regular feature there.
The food was just as impressive. The calamari, in particular, was a standout—so tender and flaky, easily some of the best I’ve had in Albuquerque. I also really appreciated the bartender’s thoughtful gesture of creating a unique non-alcoholic drink for my friend—such a nice touch that didn’t go unnoticed.
All around, the staff, music, and welcoming atmosphere made for a refreshing and special evening. I’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the team at Mission Wine and Dine for helping make my birthday so special!
The curated brunch menu was thoughtful and absolutely delicious. I had the quiche, and my mom had the chicken salad sandwich—both were divine. Everything was seasoned perfectly. I didn’t need to add salt, pepper, or anything else. The flavors were beautifully balanced and worked so well together. They also brought out a bread plate when we first sat down, which was such a nice and unexpected treat.
The drinks were just as impressive. I had the lavender sangria, my mom had the prickly pear mimosa, and we later shared an espresso martini. All of them were fantastic. We were seated near the bar, so we got to watch the team make our drinks, and it was fun to see the care and creativity they put into their craft.
This was our first real brunch together, and Mission Winery made it feel so special. The food, the drinks, the service, and the overall vibe were all top-notch. Highly recommend for a weekend outing or any special occasion.
