Stopped in on a Thursday evening for dinner and was able to order right way. Got sliced brisket, turkey, and the jalapeno cheddar sausage, with green beans. Brisket was moist and thick cut, with a nice bark. Turkey was slightly dry, but flavorful. The sausage was juicy and delicious. Overall happy with this meal and the staff was super friendly! Large variety of BBQ sauces too! Lots to pick from. Solid spot with a nice atmosphere!

We are a family of veterans and came in to celebrate my cousin’s birthday. She is the wife of a veteran, and I am also the wife of a veteran. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed.
They greeted us with a beautiful birthday sign, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch. Great atmosphere honoring veterans, friendly staff, and delicious food.

The manager, John, was the nicest manager I’ve encountered anywhere lately! He gave excellent customer service and attention to detail. Very friendly and helpful!
Rudy also took great care in making sure we had everything we needed during our visit. He also was very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo before I finished my meal, but I have to say, Mission BBQ is amazing! We were welcomed with open arms and treated to excellent service from everyone we met. Their food is truly incredible, and what really sets them apart is their mission and respect for current and deceased service members—it’s truly admirable.

Picked up the 10-person 3-meat combo yesterday. The staff working were friendly and helpful, and the food was absolutely delicious! We had the chicken, brisket, and turkey, and everyone loved all of it. Baked beans and Mac were also great. The environment in the restaurant looked very cool, and we’d definitely return to eat there.

Came into the store William gladly came out and explained everything to us on the menu. It was incredible. And we started eating the amazing food after the drool was down to our chin. Rudy came by and gave us the best bread pudding known to man! It was so kind of them to share with us what amazing food and amazing service in an amazing atmosphere. Can you please come and open one in twin falls Idaho as soon as possible!

This has to be the best place I’ve ever eaten! The staff is so incredibly kind and really makes the whole experience amazing. The food is 10/10 and I was not disappointed at all. Everybody is so friendly, we love Rudy especially! And William was so kind and explained the whole menu to us since it was our first time. This is my new favorite place!

My experience was not what I would have expected from Mission Bbq. Very big fan of this franchise. Visited various locations all over the United States… Columbia, MD. 2 locations in Jacksonville, FL. Fayetteville, NC. Surprise, AZ. Goodyear, AZ. And Clarksville, TN.
Visited the Clarksville location multiple times during my work trips to Ft. Campbell. Unfortunately, this visit wasn’t as pleasant. Service was amazing… always the case no matter which location I visit.
However, the Clarksville location was lacking in beverages. The tea and lemonade weren’t very sweet. The Mountain Dew was carbonated, but no flavor/ color. Pepsi was warm and flat.
My bbq pulled pork wasn’t what I’ve come accustomed to when visiting this franchise. Sure it was just an off night.

No military discount. Worst service, I waited for 15 minutes and people after me got their orders before me. I love mission BBQ, across the country, as I travel for work. And this one is hands down the worse one I’ve been to!
Was really looking forward to a great meal tonight, but asked for a refund instead. They did absolutely nothing to make it better.

I’ve visited this location twice, and both times the food was disappointing and lacked flavor. What makes it even more frustrating is that I’ve been to their Michigan location, and the food there is excellent, so I know they can do better. This location clearly needs stronger leadership in the kitchen—whether that means new management or new cooks—because the quality is nowhere near what it should be.
On top of that, the bathroom was extremely dirty, they were out of paper towels which made the whole visit feel unsanitary. I expected much better and won’t be returning.
