I have been visiting this Chili’s location in Clermont for over three years now. While there are aspects of the experience that keep us coming back, there are some persistent issues that have become difficult to overlook.
Starting with the positives, our server during this recent visit was fantastic. They were attentive and kept our drinks refilled, which we truly appreciated.
However, we did encounter a few setbacks. The food took much longer to reach the table than usual, despite the restaurant not being very full at the time. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restrooms is an area that consistently needs more attention and frequent checks.
Most concerningly, the alarm panel at the entrance has been broken and beeping for what feels like the entire three years we’ve been coming here. There is even a paper sign posted by management stating they are aware of the problem. As a guest, hearing a safety-related panel beeping continuously for years does not make me feel comfortable or confident in the building’s safety protocols.
I enjoy the staff and the convenience of this location, but I hope management can finally prioritize these repairs and maintenance issues to provide a better, safer-feeling environment for their loyal customers.

Every time we come here, the service is perfect. Drinks are refilled without needing to ask, food is timely, no long absences, no lingering… They aren’t doing anything above and beyond, they’re just nailing the basics and that’s so uncommon these days. I believe our waitress was named Kerry this time. Fantastic.

I visited Chili’s Grill & Bar recently and had a decent experience overall. The service was really good. Our server was attentive and friendly the whole time. The atmosphere was also nice and relaxed. It felt clean and comfortable, which made the visit enjoyable.

Decent food. Staff is usually pretty attentive and friendly. Errors in food but they are quick to fix. Can’t beat the 2 for 1 happy hour. Just wish they didn’t come out at the same time, and then glasses were the same size and filled up. Decent amount of food at a fair price.

The food was decent enough but the service was extremely slow. Our server himself was nice. But the food took forever and once we got it we were not checked in on again.
The atmosphere was just ‘meh’. All the furniture felt sticky, like it had been cleaned to many times and it just had that perpetual tackiness that it gets when everything needs a real deep cleaning.

Chilis is pretty much the same everywhere you go, always reliable. The bar service was good. Since they got rid of their bogo margs, I tried one of the new menu margs and it was honestly better than the old ones. The triple dipper went up in price and I found the BBQ meal deal 3 for $25 to fill us both up and for only $25. Out the door we spent $40 for a drink each and dinner for both.

I love Chillis, but the waitress at this chillis was terrible unfortunately, she ignored us the whole time, didn’t bring our refills the entire time, i tried to wave for her so many times to get her attention and i waited 50 minutes for my food. I saw many table who got there after us getting their food, it was clearly because she forgot to put our order in. Well terrible experience, never setting foot in thay place again
