Our favourite place in Maryland for delicious meat – brisket and pork are the best. Make sure you try the sauces! Coleslaw and collard greens are excellent sides. Freshly made lemonade received maximum points from my friends.
Besides excellent food, fantastic interior with photos, quotes and items once belonged to the servicemen is really telling a story. I always take my friends from out of the country there and they love it. Special thanks to Boston who was very kind, knowledgeable and welcoming, we felt being taken good care of. He also served us delicious samplers and took great photos. A big thank you, Boston, hope you can visit Estonia one day.

Honestly, Hats off! To everyone at this location. I went around 2:30pm on Wednesday October 1,2025. I haven’t been to a mission bbq in a while last couple times at other locations have been okay, left disappointed usually . This was the nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a location. And by far the best sliced brisket I’ve ever had at M Bbq but frankly it was one of the best briskets I’ve had anywhere including famous Texas spots. Whoever made that brisket that day get them to train everyone how to do it, because it was perfect no sauce was needed

Great bbq on a cold windy day,
Staff was super friendly and respectful. We decided to attempt the salmon which we weren’t quite sure how it was going to be. And it was very very good, better than most seafood restaurants that wear have been to. Overall great food and great staff!!

Absolutely fantastic! First time in and we were given the grand run down on the menu and how it worked. The food was delicious ! The staff was great. Also a retired military gentleman was cleaning up and making everyone feel great. So nice to enjoy our lunch and feel so welcomed. Will definitely be going back again. 5 stars all around.

Absolutely love the Westminster location! Place is always clean, employees are friendly and professional, food is fresh and delicious (highly reccomend the caramel apple cobbler if you see it on the menu!) the price point is fantastic and the overall atmosphere checks all the boxes and more. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in the area.

Every single time we visit the Mission BBQ in Westminster, we are blown away by the incredible service. Without fail, every team member we encounter is warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly—and tonight was no different!
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Wayne the Community Ambassador, who not only welcomed us but continued to chat with us throughout our meal. To top it off, he surprised us with a complimentary dessert. Now that is above-and-beyond service!
The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. The restaurant itself is spotless and inviting. We don’t usually gravitate toward chain restaurants, but Mission BBQ feels like a beloved mom-and-pop spot where everyone treats you like family.
Highly recommend—10 out of 10 every time! Westminster Mission BBQ, you’ve earned lifelong fans.

I want to honor the respect the staff give customersfrom toddlers to us seniors. They are hospitable, cordial, and consider serving their customers as the highest priority. You have to appreciate a first responder and military honoring atmosphere to enjoy eating here; a very patriotic sense of esprit de corps permeates.

Very good, I can’t eat barbecue on my food, so good for me, it comes out plain. But we really enjoyed lunch there yesterday. Great food and good fries.. Large portions. It’s a little pricey but worth it. Check it out. Still great food and must try. Plus, it helps the military, fire, and police, every worker who helps people in Emergency
