Miso Teriyaki House

We like the MISO up on boones creek we’ve never had an issue.

This place here is absolutely disgusting. This was our second attempt and hey, shame on us.

The shrimp have the poop vein in them. But it’s ok maybe we will just eat the sushi. The sushi was warm. That’s ok maybe we will eat the spring rolls. They just came out of the fridge. Ice cold. Horrible. I did call it in and thank you Dominick.

Let’s also take a minute to appreciate their packing skills. They never close the lid on the sauce and it got all over everything.

We ended up going for pizza and i am throwing this nonsense in the trash.

The audacity for them to have a sign in the window asking for tips.

Four stars because of my recent experience. I eat here all the time and love the food BUT recently I ordered a spicy tuna roll with tempura crunchies added. They told me that it didn’t come with spicy mayo, so they charged me extra to give me some on the side. Now that I’m looking at the menu again it seems that it DOES come with spicy mayo 🙁 I was charged extra for something that shouldve came with the roll

Worst experience of my life. Waited 15 mins before somebody came to get our order. No refills on our drinks, waiter didnt come to update us on our food that was ordered 45 mins ago. When the food came out (not exaggerating) the chicken and steak was COLD!
Also the forks were not clean, went through 3 sets of silverware before we found clean ones. The high chairs were not clean left my hands sticky. We did not feel welcome at all we paid for the uneaten food and just left will not be back.

Dominic was on the spot from walking in the door. Knowledgeable and efficient. Talk about customer service! He went from table to table remembered the order and did not write down anything. Awesome

Salad, Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, vegetable rolls, avocado rolls and the carrots was the sweet bomb. Great food!!!
