My wife loved it so they get 5 stars. My wife isn’t easy to make happy with good either. She said this is the chicken tikka like they have in England. Buffet is small, but doesn’t take a long to time get your food and it is pretty delicious.

Love this place! Very beautiful and the food was so delicious! Every different item had its own beautiful spices but never overpowered anything else on the plate. They have a buffet which my Husband indulged in! We also ordered appetizers, both the meat and veggie samosas, which were so packed and freshly made! I love spicy curries which is what I ordered and I was very happy with the amount of spice, enough to enjoy the meal and the rice perfectly balanced the dish. Will be returning here and trying as much as I can on the menu! Our host was also very pleasant which made our dinner so much nicer! Misal is now one of my favorite date dinner spots for my Husband and I!

Delicious and the staff is so friendly! We had the buffet. Don’t miss out on the cauliflower saffron dish at the buffet, so delicious. The building is beautiful, the owner has put a ton of effort into the look of the place and it shows in the exquisite details. Don’t miss out!

I remember eating at Misal’s back when they were at Buchanan Street on campus corner. They were always very friendly there, delicious and they are at present location on Ed Noble Parkway as well. The buffet has fewer selections than does Himalayas in Moore but the overall quality exceeds many of the other Indian food buffets that I have eaten at. The other buffets have a larger selection but oftentimes have poorer quality. The cost for all-you-can-eat buffet is I would say medium range price but the atmosphere and friendliness is second to none. I highly recommend Misal and I’m very happy that they have remained in business for going on 35 years or more. I’m salivating at the opportunity to eat there soon again!

This is a great little restaurant! The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great. The staff are very friendly too. The only negative experience I’ve had is ordering through an app. Some of the portions were much smaller than dining in and it kind of got lost. But I eat there in person frequently.

The buffet selection is small, but what they offer, they prepare well. The curried chicken has been a favorite of ours for 15 years, and their soups and dessert puddings are made in-house instead of like most places do and pull from a Sysco can.

My first time here, and we went during the lunch buffet. The selection may have been small, but the quality of food was amazing! I was highly impressed and they reminded me of my favorite place in Tulsa called Indian Palace, which also brought back good memories. Definitely coming back again!

We travel to Norman a few times a year, and each time this is the ONE PLACE we *have* to eat. The lunch buffet and the dining menu both have a good variety, and the food is excellent. Have tried most of it, the flavor and quality are exceptional. The service is also consistently very good. Our favorite!

This restaurant is easily my favorite place to eat in Norman. My family and I have been coming here since the early 90s so that tells you how long they’ve been around and it’s easy to see why! All the ingredients are super fresh and you can tell the owner only buys the highest quality of meats. Even their water tastes filtered. I always get the Makhani chicken along with a side of tabouli (best in town) and potato bhaji. I see some reviews saying this isn’t real Indian but what I’ll say to that is it is Indian mixed with Pakistani and it’s quite traditional. If you want real Indian you’ll have to go to India and I can assure you most Americans couldn’t handle it! Support this locally owned gem of an establishment and help this business stay around for decades to come. Lindsay is blocked off so you’ll have to take Main but it’s worth it. Don’t let a little road construction come between you and a fragrant meal prepared with care over an authentic tandoori grill.

Excellent food! Great service and calming atmosphere. I love Indian food and it’s been a while since I have had amazing and authentic food. Great price for the experience and the portion sizes were just right. We had the tandoori sampler and Tikka masala off the menu but the buffet looked amazing as well.
