First time my wife and I visited this restaurant, it’s also the last time.
Chips and salsa were delicious, but it stopped there.
Wife ordered mojarra frita which was served soggy and cold…definitely wasn’t cooked fresh as it was served within 5 minutes of us ordering.
I ordered fajitas which was mostly vegetables and very little meat. It was cold as well.
Wife ordered extra rice as she loves rice, and she didn’t finish the original portion that comes with the fish much less the additional portion as it was all cold.
When paying for the bill, the young gal at the cashier asked if everything was okay, I replied no, it was cold. I got no further interaction from the cashier other than the total of the bill.

Love Mis Arcos. Their sweet tea is amazing, large portions, great food, great service. Everything is consistent. They remember you and your order if you come frequently. I was in Arkansas the other day and was craving Mexican food, friends were suggesting places nearby, I chose to wait til I got back in town that day to eat here. This is the place to be. The food is amazing, the staff is perfection. The owner is always looking for ways to improve. You have to check out the bar that offers upscale seafood on weekends. It’s a great place to host your next party! 5 stars all the way!

Manny and his family and his team at the restaurant are all amazing people! The restaurant is beautiful they have done an amazing job remodeling everything! The food is phenomenal as always not matter what you choose!!! If you are ready to kick back and have a drank they have built the bar that is the spot to kick back and drink!!! Love this place!!!

We looked at the menu and went with the buffet. Why order when you can make exactly what you want? The buffet had it all and I filled my plate with lots of goodies that were downright scrumptious! Too many choices to do justice but I’ll call out the cake dessert that was moist and made perfectly, the enchiladas, & the chipotle chicken mix that I put on top of a couple different things. Service was fast, she gave us refills when we were running low, & she brought the guacamole quickly (the salsa and the guacamole were both great). This was a wonderful meal and that’s not something I say about a lot of buffets. Try it, you’ll like it!

Good. Especially the queso. Chips are not fragile. Prices are decent for 2022. The salsa was not stellar but not bad either. I had the Texas platter. Will go back. Oh, they had a buffet as well.

We went to this restaurant with friends who have been here before. My wife got Combo with 2 enchiladas and a ground beef taco. I ordered the XL Burrito Mexicano. I enjoyed everything but my wife did not like anything. She asked for cheese enchiladas and the cheese was barely melted inside and her taco fell apart. My burrito was ginormous and I have to admit it was good. My only complaint I didn’t care for the red or green sauce on it but it wasn’t too bad, I ate it so I won’t complain too much. It’s not really expensive and the portions are huge. Overall I doubt we go back!

The closest restaurant near where I live. I have been here lots of times, mostly just to grab a margarita and chips and cheese dip.
However, last time I came it was not the best experience.
On a positive note, the service is always great, fast, and attentive.
For the negatives, the restaurant had an odd, sewage like odor (maybe it was just an off day with the pipes /water?) and their cheese dip was so thick it was hot to eat and the texture was not pleasant. I ordered the same dish I order at most Mexican restaurants around town, chicken fajita nachos, and there are much better places to get this dish in Carthage.

A Perfect margarita with plentiful Patron tequila! Need I say more? Nope but I will. My friend had the buffet which more closely resembled a high end catered spread. My spinach enchilada was packed with tasty spinach and seasoning, the tortilla a great texture (not soggy!) and the cheese sauce flavorful. Service was great and the place was hopping.
