This was genuinely one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered a chicharrón burrito and got a dry, nasty mess instead. The beans were burnt, the whole thing was drowned in black pepper, and there was barely any green salsa, which is kind of the entire point of a chicharrón burrito. It somehow tasted even worse than it looked, which is saying a lot.

To make it worse, I also got a tamal that was clearly stale, and the meat inside had a weird fishy taste that immediately killed my appetite. Tamales should never taste like that.

I threw most of the food away. Completely unacceptable quality, especially for food that’s supposed to be fresh and traditional.

I was told that these tamales were incredible so on my way out to Phoenix I got 1 dozen fresh and 3 dozen frozen, around 90$ and I didn’t inspect them just grabbed them and left the fresh were amazing and I left the frozens in the fridge for 24hr to thaw then took them to work for the guys well good tamales dissappear fast at the plant but not these nobody liked them and nobody went for seconds ended up throwing about half of them away. Very disappointed called the store to let William know I got 3 dozen frost riddled old tamales that Did Not Taste good. Could not reach William and left my info and requested a call back but never recieved any call.
Fresh are amazing but the frozens I got were not good at all and management doesnt care.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but this is the best breakfast burrito in Las Cruces, maybe in New Mexico! I’ve been going to this place since i was a kid almost 36 years ago and still come here when I’m in town. Look at the homemade tortillas that made up the burrito! I had chorizo, egg, potato, cheese and chile. Game changer!

Friendly old timey drive up window service, food made fresh to your order so there is a wait but they are so sweet. Get there Early before they sell out of Donuts! Ahhhh, sugary soft fresh Donuts… and daily Pozole, Menudo, delicious *Chili Relleno Burritos*, Breakfast Burritos, and so many other kinds of Burritos, and Tamales… all individual or buy them by the half dozen or full dozens… for Christmas we bought a box of mixed Tamales and the chli and cheese were gone right away! Delicious

Clearly a really popular place. There was a big line up, but staff were kind.

The chorizo and bean burrito was delicious. The apple fritter was delicious.

I tried their champurrado and have to say that the texture was really not appealing and didn’t taste like it had any chocolate. Would not order it again.

A donut is a donut is a donut; but are they really? A line is an indicator of word of mouth of “deliciousness” ahead.

Fresh daily, with varieties of cake, glacéd, filled and buttermilks.

But wait there’s more……
While there we grabbed lunch, and of course they also had tamales, chile rellenos and sides.

Definitely one of unique eateries in Las Cruces and will be a delight for our out of town visitors.

I was recently visiting in town 12/2025 and noticed this place online and decided to check it out on our drive back home. My goal was to try their burritos and maybe a donut. My wife got a sugar donut and liked it. I ordered four burritos! Green chile meat, chicharron and bean, chile relleno, and ground beef with potato and cheese. I ate them a couple hours later on the drive back and enjoyed them all. My dad is from Chihuahua and would bring back their local burritos from his trips and these reminded me of them. I haven’t had any other burritos in Las Cruces, but I will for sure come back to Bosa’s for burritos each time I visit in the future!

Inedible food. We ordered 2 burritos and got charged for 3. We did receive 3 burritos, but the eggs were burnt and literally green. Almost no meat in them. We threw the order out after one bite as it was so awful. The pictures are no filter.

Very good posole. Get there early if you want donuts, they sell out quick because they are so good! They also have very delicious burritos. Everything I have ever tried here is delicious! It just gets crowded and hard to get in and out of.

I never knew there existed a place that sells two of the most awesome foods on the planet. And this was one of TWO I visited in new mexico that sold donuts and burritos. The burrito had a bit of green Chile heat that was perfect and delicious. Donuts were solid and the apple fritter was top notch. Heaven.
