Reviews
I ordered the Chicken 65 Biryani, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. The chicken was perfectly spiced and tender, and the rice was incredibly aromatic—a true explosion of authentic South Indian flavors. It was clear that a lot of care went into preparing this dish.
The Biryani was served beautifully with a refreshing mixed yogurt (raita) and a flavorful accompanying sauce, which perfectly complemented the heat and depth of the Biryani itself. Every bite was an absolute delight.
If you are in Vaihingen and looking for authentic, delicious South Indian cuisine, you simply must visit this restaurant and try the Chicken 65 Biryani.
Highly, highly recommended!
I highly recommend this restaurant, who wants to enjoy real Indian cuisine in Germany!
A must-try for everyone!
After a lengthy wait, a very young and thoroughly uninspired waitress handed me a menu before another lengthy disappearance. When she came back I had questions about the menu. She didn’t have answers.
Foremost, there is a separate menu for the weekend which is quite limited. There are no explanations or pictures on the menu, so you’ll just need to know ahead of time what the vague descriptions might possibly mean.
When I asked about the difference between chicken biryani and chicken fried rice, her response was a blank stare and then the words “they’re different”. Helpful as that may be, I had pieced it together since they’re separate items on the menu. I gave up and ordered two things: an onion dosa and chicken biryani.
The onion dosa was made well with the exception of far too many onions. By “far too many” I mean at least five times as much. See the pictures.
The chicken biryani is simply flavored rice with two large chicken bones that have a very scant amount of chicken meat on them. Again, see the pictures.
Lastly, it was overpriced. I’m done here. My quest for a good Indian place in Vaihingen will continue past this day. Also, these highly rated, and therefore highly suspicious, reviews here appear to be from family and friends, so take them with a grain of salt.
