Mirchi: A Must-Visit for Authentic Indian Cuisine in Ayla
If you are looking for an exceptional dining experience in Ayla, Aqaba, Mirchi is an absolute standout.
The Food & Flavors: We opted for the classics: Chicken Karahi, fragrant Jeera Rice, and perfectly toasted Naan. Every dish was authentic, seasoned beautifully, and served hot. We finished our evening with a Double Apple Shisha, which was smooth and of excellent quality—ideal for the relaxing atmosphere.
Exceptional Hospitality: What truly sets Mirchi apart is the service. Our server, Aws, was professional, warm, and highly attentive. The entire team was courteous, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We were even treated to complimentary Gulab Jamun, a sweet gesture that we truly appreciated!
A Personal Touch: The owner took the time to visit our table personally to check on our food and shisha. She was incredibly warm, and our short chat with her made the evening feel even more special. It’s clear she takes immense pride in her restaurant.
Ambience & Value: The atmosphere is cozy and classy, providing the perfect setting for a high-end Indian meal without the overpriced tag. The prices are very fair for the quality of food and the prime location in Ayla.

Fantastic experience at Mirchi. After 2 days of local food, we were craving for desi food. The definitely lives up to it’s google rating.
We ordered garlic Nan, Kulcha, Dal, Paneer butter masala. Everything was finger licking good. Finished it off with Mango Kolfi. The masala tea is a good choice for the cold weather.

This is a really nice place in a beautiful clean posh area that serves a great cuisine. And here is my honest review about it.
The owner is out of this world. Hip and so lovable, very welcoming and has the highest level of service.
The food was a mix of excellent and average. Some flavors and bread were burnt and others spot on.
Would recommend it for the great experience and might come again.

We came here because of all the positive reviews, and it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely fantastic. I’m not exaggerating when I say this might be the best Indian food I have ever eaten. On top of that, the restaurant’s location right by the water makes it a truly lovely spot for dinner.

This restaurant deserves the full 5 stars. Everything was amazing- butter chicken, mutton curry, paneer in spinach sauce and dal (my personal favorite). Very nice to sit on the shore in the evening. My only complaint is that still water should be available in a large size for families. Everything else was flawless.

Mirchi was the perfect date night experience for my wife and I! The ambience with the sea view was the cherry on top for the tasty food they had. We ordered butter chicken with veggie rice, and had two appetizers the boneless chicken tikka and the samosa (one note tho for the chicken they were all chicken thighs, so if you were someone like me who prefers chicken breast you should point that out), and for the drink we had the mango lassi which was to die for!!!
The service was extremely fast and attentive, we would like to thank Abdulrahman for that! And the very nice owner auntie Marie who made sure everyone at the restaurant was having a good time.

I absolutely loved my recent visit at Mirchi in Aqaba. The flavors were bold and authentic, from the perfectly spiced butter chicken, tandoori fish, to the fragrant biryani that kept me coming back for more although I was already full. The naan was fluffy . Impeccable service, warm hospitality from the host and the owner , and a welcoming atmosphere made the experience even better. If you’re craving comforting, flavorful Indian food while enjoying Aqaba’s scenery, this spot is a must visit. Five stars all around!
