First of all, it’s a chick fil a so as usual the parking lot is a disaster. I do t know why no one can figure this out. Every single location including newly renovated. This drive through is particularly jacked up. Left lane can’t be turned in a vehicle over medium size. Do not pull no in here with a trailer of any kind.
Value continues to get lesser and smaller for increased prices. 3.15 for chicken biscuit that was too small. I know it’s not this location. They cook what corporate sends them. Tasted great and super great employees.

I ordered a chicken sandwich combo and a brownie through the drive-thru. As they handed me my order, I specifically asked to confirm that the brownie was in the bag. The employee responded with, “It should be,” which wasn’t very reassuring. I was hoping for a clear confirmation.
Because the drive-thru line was moving quickly, I trusted his answer and drove off. After I had already left the shopping center, I realized the brownie wasn’t included. I paid for it but didn’t receive it, which was frustrating.

My son loves Chick-fil-A. We visit once a week for his treat. The team members are always so kind to him and love it when he wears his Chick-fil-A shirt and socks. The food is great. My only wish is that all Chick-fil-A restaurants had a family bathroom. It’s sometimes difficult or uncomfortable to take an adult disabled male into the ladies’ restroom.

Chick-fil-A’s accura8had dropped drastically in the last few years. Orders aren’t right, sauces missing from the bag, customization in the app ignored. It’s a shame. The cashier’s and everyone are still extremely polite, though. There’s just been a noticeable lack of attention to detail and polish lately.

Check your bags before driving off. Four meals with no fries! Last two trips no sauces. I’m very specific about the sauce. Picky family of four. You can’t even trust chick filet to get your order correct anymore. Next time I have to go to this location, I will ask for an extra bag so I can check everything before driving off. The sandwiches were cold and old. I didn’t give a worse rating because this location wasn’t always this bad.

I work 2 minutes from this location. For the last couple of years when I go by there I always say never again. Well on 12-27-25 NEVER AGAIN. Service is not the same and quality of food has most definitely declined. I would like what I paid for the way I ordered it.

I order in the drive thru, the chicken sandwich combo and a brownie. As I was being handed my order, I asked, to make sure, I asked if they the brownie is in the bag. The young man simply said, “it should be”. I was looking for a definitive answer but simply got a ” it should be”. I should have looked myself, but you know how rushed those lines at Chick-fil-A are, so I took him for his word. Then I got back on the road, Obviously, after I had left the shopping center where this Chick-fil-A was located, I discovered the brownie was not there. I paid for it, but did not get it.

The food was great. Service was great, but I am assuming that the manager that came in with a yellow shirt and blue jeans shorts that was in the kitchen and stocking the condiment table, talking very loud…. needs to be retrained by the Chick-fil-A team …herself.. she was telling a man that had been there for years, who was nicely, dressed in shorts and his Chick-fil-A uniform that he could not wear shorts unless he was in the drive thru and she came in plain clothes…. and is bossing everyone around with a very loud voice it was very annoying while I was trying to eat my breakfast. My husband was annoyed as well…. I felt really bad for the people there she was putting down everyone and telling them what they needed to do and not in a nice way… but the point I’m trying to make is she was not dressed professionally at all ….practice what you preach and set an example for your people… how can they respect what you’re saying when you’re doing even worse than they are?…

AMAZING PEOPLE! I got some food tonight and they had a bus FULL of kids from a sports team and they handled it like a pro, not once did the drive thru lane get slow. These people are always so nice
