Came here for lunch with a friend and really enjoyed it! We came at about 1pm and were seated right away. We opted for their lunch menu which I found to be an amazing deal! It’s $20 and comes with a small plate, a large plate, and a drink, which could be alcoholic!

Unfortunately we were not impressed by Minty Z. The restaurant is small, dark, dingy and dirty. They’ve put no effort into making the atmosphere inviting. We were still hopeful when we were seated but when we asked our waiter if everything was vegan he replied that everything was made with vegetables, which made me wonder if he knew what vegan means. We had the buckwheat scallion pancake with ginger tamari dipping sauce. It’s basically a hard tasteless bread-like substance, and the sauce was unimpressive. When the waiter asked how everything was we mentioned that we were definitely not impressed with this dish. He replied that it’s one of the best sellers. We thought he might just be saying anything that came to mind. We also ordered the Orange Tofu. Not a lot of flavor in this dish, or any of the sauces for that matter. The only good things about this dining experience were the Avocado Spring Rolls, and the Thai Curry Cauliflower. Neither were incredible, but both dishes were worth ordering again. The Avocado Rolls were not as light tasting as spring rolls typically are, but they were a treat nevertheless. The Cauliflower was particularly interesting being served as a whole head of cauliflower. It was cooked well and quite tasty.

Food is delicious, Service is wonderful! Great Asian concept. The only downside is we had to wait for 20 minutes to get a table. Would highly recommend making a reservation! We had lemon miso yuchoy, sweet and sour mushrooms, classic bao buns, and an outstanding dessert called chocolate rose dish! Will definitely be return next time in town, thank you Minty Z.

Although not a vegan myself, left Minty speechless after trying the Sweet Potato Bao, the King Oyster Bao, or the Sweet and Sour Mushrooms (my top 3 dishes). Everything it’s just delicious!! We will definitely visit again!

It was okay, not a fan but to be honest I came here without knowing this place is vegan! (I’m not vegan myself). If you’re vegan come it’s a great option, and they had a variety of dumplings and sauces which tasted okay but aren’t my cup of tea. Won’t be returning.

This was such a cute spot! Haley, my server, took such great care of me! She helped me decide what to try since this was my first visit and was so attentive all throughout my meal. I had the Classic Bao Buns for the starter and the Massaman Curry Noodles for the entree with a Thai Tea. I finished it off with mango ice cream…and did I mention this was all vegan?!

What a wonderful vegan restaurant! From our server Alberto to the apps to dessert and sake, I was beyond impressed by Minty Z. We had the wings, power greens, classic bao and ube bao buns. The seitan wings were the best I’ve had and my husband said the ube sweet potato buns were the best bao buns (vegan or not) that he has ever tasted. We will definitely be back every Miami trip to try the rest of the menu!

I absolutely love dining in what must be one of the most magical and definitely one of my top favorite restaurants in Miami. I’ve eaten here multiple times since 2020. I could easily crush a tasting menu with cocktails or just order a few tapas for a casual “I don’t have to cook tonight” dinner. Staff has always been hospitable and caring throughout the years. I hope they stay forever.
