Blows me away Mint is never crowded. Maybe because we always come on Sundays? Love, love, love Mint, though. I think we gave our waiter a chuckle at how much a girl who loves sushi can put down. Check comes and somehow it’s always less than what I think it’ll be (which is a delightful surprise). Always get the Jalapeño Hamachi, Salmon Belly, and Grilled Scallops. Fresh wasabi to boot. Will never stop coming here. Come give Yuki Yama a run for their money up in Park City!

I enjoyed the use of Yuzu lemon with the food. The combination of flavors was spot on.
I gave 3 stars only because of the Maitre(?) or floor manager was somehow displeasured with our arrival without booking, and it seems it bother him most I asked for a booth.
He was very kind with the other guests going and checking, talking, and asking about their experiences. Should I mention he never came to our table and, when he passed by, gave an unpleasant look to my husband and I.
To our server Meghan, I would give her 5 stars. What a wonderful waitress.

Everything we ordered were well plated, very nice presentation and tasted sooo good The place is clean and well maintained. Service is greeeat and our Server Kristin is the best – very professional, friendly and very accomodating awesome job!

Great fusion Japanese food place. Flavor notes are well defined, it took us right back to the time when we visited Japanese Izakaya in Tokyo.
We got full after ordering 6 tapas and one specialty roll along with few drinks.
Their service was great as well. After getting our table in no time Anthony gave us some recommendations. He was very knowledgeable in their menu and those recommendations were very accurate.
We just had such a great time I wish I could have the restaurant back at my home state.

I went to Mint for my birthday on Tuesday and it did not disappoint.
Sushi is my favorite dish ever, and we were planning to go to Takashi, but I heard so many good feedbacks about Mint and decided to give it a try. Hands down!
Lily was great! Her service is impeccable and very knowledgeable of the menu.
The food is really good, and my favorite was the Coconut Shrimp. You don’t want to stop eating.
The restaurant is very cozy, clean, and welcoming.
A must go for sure!

My wife and I had a gift card that we wanted to use, so we decided to try this place. We didn’t have a reservation on a Tuesday evening, but we were seated immediately. The staff were all incredible and friendly and helpful. They recommended dishes and answered questions. Our waitress Lily has only been working there for 4 days and was incredibly helpful and kind. For the staff and service, I’d say 5-stars.
It is tapas style, so there not wrong in their advertising. The portion sizes are VERY small, but the price and the expected flavor doesn’t add up. For example, I could have 2 sushi rolls for the same price at another sushi place, and with far superior flavor profiles. Reading the descriptions, I expected the flavors to be impressive, but I was underwhelmed. We had 3 different rolls and of them, Jupiter was the best, but still not close in flavor with other sushi places. The spicy tuna tartare was not at all spicy, and it was rather eh. The Wagyu steak was one that was worthwhile. The flavor was incredible thanks to the eel sauce. They really need to adjust price or portion AND flavor. The presentation was on point.
In terms of desserts, the Ube ice cream is definitely worth it. I would go there just for the ice cream.
Between 3 rolls, wagyu steak, tuna tartare, sake, and ice cream, we exhausted about $95. They will not put the alcohol on the gift card for she reason. So heads up on that.

We had 10 items on the tasting menu. You first notice the quality of each menu item. The service includes descriptions and explanations of each menu item. By the time you get to the 7th item, you really start to think you’re full, but it’s so good you continue forward to the end of the menu and you’re rewarded with a special desert. The food was terrific as was the service.

I rented a place in Cottonwood Heights for 6 weeks and was lucky to have found this place the first week. This food is as good as any I’ve had, including Taiwan. Jennifer is the managers name and she runs a tight ship. I’ve had 4 different servers, everyone as good as the other. I’ve been 4 times in 3 weeks and can’t wait to come back again.

Hit the spot on a Friday afternoon for lunch. It was quiet and pleasant and a wonderful experience in the food was exceptional and the prices were right in line with every other restaurant serving the same type of food but the quality here is better.

Absolutely outstanding meal. We attended the 10-course tasting, and the food and presentation were terrific. Each course was thoughtfully crafted, and we came hungry, and we left feeling satiated but not over-filled. Both wine pairings matched the experience perfectly and added to the meal. I cannot remember our waitress’s name, but she was extremely kind and hospitable. While the price point is high, it is definitely worth it for special occasions.
