My new favorite place to eat in the Charleston/Mattoon area! If you like a chicken dish that has a sweetness to it, I highly recommend their Mango Chicken! The atmosphere was so peaceful and the staff are amazingly nice! I could literally eat that Mango Chicken everyday it was so delicious.

We both got spicy-hot, chicken tikka masala, mint chicken curry, bullet and garlic cheese naan. Excellent flavor. Chicken wasn’t over cooked like so many other restaurants do. It was tender and delicious. Spicy-hot had a small kick. Perfect for is jalapeño lovers. The naan was fresh and flavorful. The service was attentive and caring. We will be back!

This restaurant is savior of Indian food and taste. Hats off to the owner for creating such a great restaurant in secluded area with wonderful food menu. Food is no doubt delicious and well presented. Special thanks to our server Miti if I am correctly named her. Thank you so much.

It was a pleasant surprise to find Indian cuisine in Charleston Illinois.
On the last day of our visit with family in this area we decided to stop in and give Mint Indian Cuisine a try.
I will say, we weren’t sure what to expect, but we were happy and enjoyed a lovely meal at Mint.
We tried the bread basket sampler of various Naan and that was delicious.
It came with a tamarind sauce that was good.
We all left satisfied and thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
If you’re in Charleston and crave some Butter chicken, tikka masala, biryani rice or want to try some Indian food, then I recommend that you give Mint Indian Cuisine a try.
They have many vegetarian options as well as seafood options.

I’ve been here once a week for the last month! I’m absolutely in love. The food is amazing. I was intimidated to try it at first, but I’m glad I pushed past that because this is the best restaurant in town, hands down. The service is wonderful. The food is tasty and the spice level is adjustable. I tried their deserts this time around and now I’m planning my next trip. I forgot to take photos because I was too excited to eat. This is a must-try! The chili paneer, bread basket, garlic naan… mushroom cashew (I wont lie, I dont remember what it is called, but WOW!!) Please give them a try so we can keep this awesome restaurant around. <3 Thanks for everything!

After ordering more than five times, both in the restaurant and for pickup, Mint has never failed to satisfy my taste buds. The food is incredible, the staff is so friendly, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is very upbeat. I usually order the butter chicken and garlic naan—my favorite Indian comfort food—but I try to spice up my meal with a different appetizer or Indian bread every time. I highly recommend Mint, and I’m glad they are in Charleston!

Thrilled to finally have an Indian restaurant in town. It’s run by a friendly and attentive staff. The food is very good, even if you’re not familiar with Indian cuisine.
I had the butter chicken and went with “Indian Spicy” as is my usual preference. Not the spiciest butter chicken I have ever had, but it does have a very nice, satisfying kick. There are several types of naan to choose from. I had a hard time picking. The naan is excellent, so you can’t go wrong.
