We came in for a late lunch today. We ordered the loaded French Fries for an appetizer, the Wedge Salad, Calzone and Philly Sandwich.
It was taking awhile to get our food but then everything was brought out at the same time. So we were unable to enjoy our appetizer and salad because our dinner was there getting cold. I ended up eating my salad and bring home the sandwich.
1) Loaded Fries, the seasoning was salty but the bacon was delicious.
2) Wedge Salad, bacon crispy, the croutons were too hard to eat, A LOT (to much) blue cheese crumbles. Over all tasty.
3) Philly, delicious for the most once I heated it up at home until I found mushroom in it. I can’t eat mushrooms and specifically asked if it had them in the sandwich when ordering, I was told no. There was only a couple pieces, that i found.
4) Calzone, yummy
5) The Service, again everything was brought out at the same time, this is a huge pet peeve of mine. My brother was given a drink refill, I not only wasn’t given one but was never even asked if I wanted another drink (my glass was empty for awhile). We were done but our server was no where to be found.

Oldish Duds
Shoutout to Chase and the team! Customer service above average. I got the Philly cheesesteak pizza and garlic Romano wings and they were so good I almost took a bite out of the box! Thank you and will most definitely be back.

We went to Minsky’s for the very first time to experience their gourmet pizza that we heard so much about on TV! Sophia, our server was so knowledgeable about the wide variety of menu items and she was so attentive and fun to talk with! Austin the bartender was also very helpful and fun! And much to our delight ….we just found out that they have extended their hours to 2:00 am for food and booze through May! Finally a neighborhood restaurant with late night hours to let you linger longer! We’re definitely coming back to take advantage of that new feature!! And a Special “shout out” for the pizza makers who put a lot of love and craftsmanship into our pizza! It was perfect! We’ll be back!!

We had to wait in line to be seated. Apparently a server was absent, requiring this step, for which an apology was offered. Pizza had good flavor, various types of crust available.
Service very friendly once we got seated.
It’s a good place to meet friends. Not my favorite pizza this is just my preference.

Pizza was great, deep fried mushrooms were good, but the spaghetti was horrible and couldn’t be eaten. The manager did remove the charge for it thankfully. Our waitress was newer and not very good as we never were asked for drink refills and she completely missed the spaghetti order and then brought out burnt sauce and mushy meatballs.

Sit at the bar for a fun view of the busy kitchen and top notch service. They have Boulevard on tap, or a full bar. It was comfy to dine their as well, amd they have TVs from every angle. the staff is so friendly and never miss a beat when it comes to what you need.

We ordered delivery from Minsky’s after seeing it on Better KC and were visiting from out of town.
Pros are you can tell they use good quality products, alot of cheese and quick delivery.
The prime cut with bbq sauce was good we will say that. Very unique taste with the meats and bbq sauce.
Con was flavor was just lacking in mini pizzas. I am not sure if it’s just because they are so small they cant pack as much flavor or not but I would never order those types of pizzas again or a mini one at that.
We ordered a mini buffalo chicken pizza and there was not nearly enough sauce, just tasted like chicken and cheese. The mini pineapple and tomato pizza had way to much sauce.
It is okay, we would possibly give it another try.

We have been going to this location for many years now. There have many changes take place, some small and some big! We like the changes made. The decor and layout change has been welcoming. Their seems to be a change in the amount of cheese used (YES!!!). The staff are always accommodating and friendly. The pizza is the best in KC (my opinion)! They do their best to provide great customer service during Covid-19 and beyond. Well Done!

I love Minsky’s and it is my #1 pizza place. I was craving for their delicious cheesecake. When I went to place an order and take my cheesecake home, I was so disappointed that I paid $5.99 each for a tiny slice of cheesecake. It was usually a bigger slice but this time it was tiny. My churro cheesecake was broken and not a full slice but crumbs. I definitely won’t be ordering their cheesecake for a very long time.
