I don’t believe in being rude to anyone, especially service workers, when I called I was hung up on by one “manager” and spoken down to by another “ manager” my guess is they weren’t managers. And if they are they shouldn’t be. Even after all do that I still wasn’t rude!

Terrible customer service. My order was messed up, and I was left waiting at the window while they “looked” for my mobile order. After the wait, they told me they couldn’t find it—even after I showed them my receipt in the mobile app. When I finally got my food, it was cold. A very frustrating experience and poorly handled overall. It’s always the same issue at this location. They need training on how to treat a customer, food temperature, and to smile even in hard times.

This was definitely the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time! The food was hot and delicious, the atmosphere was inviting, and the workers were happy, accommodating, awake, and enthusiastic. All in all, outstanding!

Not sure what the hours are for this location online and the door says open 24 hours. I ordered and they asked to pull up to the spot 1 I said ok no problem waited 15 minutes finally tried to go inside to find out what was going but the doors were locked so I went to the window and the girl says “we’re closed” I held up my receipt and said “I ordered” and she just walked away took a few minutes for another person to notice me then he told me it was almost done. I understand things happen but there were no other cars in the drive thru and only a few customers inside

Ordered around 12am. Awesome staff. We are a bunch of Baka teenagers and they handled us so well. Made us feel really safe and calm. And they are so busy.. and they still took their time to make us not feel rushed. @KENNY THE GOAT

One of the worst locations ever. They ignore you when you walk in at the counter. They don’t have enough workers in there. When you come to pick up a delivery order they make you stand outside of a window. You are not even acknowledged nor does anybody bring the orders to you. You’re completely ignored. If I could give them zero Stars I would.

Horrible service. They do not even acknowledge you when you walk in the building. They literally turn their back when they see somebody coming. No greeting or anything. Then they get an attitude when you speak up. When they give you your food they don’t say anything. No you’re welcome. No have a nice day. Not even a smile.

Literally the WORST, don’t come here. Everytime I come here, they always get my order wrong even if they say it’s right, fries are always hard and cold, and everytime I ask for something specific like extra this or extra that and pay for it, it’s STILL wrong or missing!!! What is wrong with the kids that work here? Oh that’s right, they’re inconsiderate and just don’t care. They never get it right, I don’t know why I gave this location more chances, done coming here. Was doing delivery with Door Dash. Girl at the counter has MAJOR attitude problem and prefers to play on her phone rather than actually do her job and when you say something she flips out at you. The night manager heard the whole thing and when something was said to him he plainly said “It happens” it so happens i still have really good friend high up in Corporate from my time there so have fun with a corporate visit
