The food arrived hot, fresh, and beautifully presented, with every dish bursting with real, vibrant flavour. One highlight was their Full English Breakfast — I recently discovered they’ve just started opening for breakfasts, and it was an absolute treat. Everything was cooked perfectly, using high-quality ingredients that made the meal feel hearty, satisfying, and wonderfully fresh.
We also tried the pancakes, and they were exceptional — unbelievably fluffy, lightly golden, and deliciously tasty. They added the perfect touch of sweetness to the morning and showed just how much care goes into every dish.
Overall, Minori Pizzeria delivers on every front: exceptional service, delicious food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a beautifully prepared breakfast or authentic Italian cuisine done right.
I rarely write reviews but as a regular NW and Central London diner I have to shout out this amazing Hatch End eatery…Minori has long existed as successor to the area’s famous original Fellini that pioneered all the Italian restaurants in the area and still owned by very active, youthful and innovative restauranteur, Andy Surace.
The restaurant has taken the bold and innovative step of introducing the concept of Chicchetti, a centuries old Venetian version of Tapas…small delicious low priced savoury dishes both hot and cold and all priced between £5 and £8.
It’s such a change from the usual fare and all freshly prepared by amazing Italian team lead by Andy and Felice and with the same passion for perfection that has endured since the ‘80’s
The concept is simple …order a few dishes then order more as you feel like ..the menu is pictured below …the soughdough is made in house and features charcoal flour and even the fine olive oil is further infused in house with in -house flavouring.
The insulatina di mare in bicchierino (Seafood salad!) is stunningly good are all the amazing dishes pictured and 2 people having 3 dishes each will satisfy most for lunch (served from 11-5pm ) and costs around £18 ea.
This amazingly innovative restaurant deserves massive success and acclaim in launching such a new concept in these times when the chains are all cutting back to usual heavy overpriced bland choices.
I commend this to any readers who will ,I am sure ,concur with my review ….and if you want breakfast they also serve it from 8am!
However, we went back for dinner yesterday and wow — the food was amazing! The sourdough-based pizza was a standout for me and absolutely delicious. The tomato sauce was so tasty, fresh, and genuinely tasted homemade, which made the whole pizza even better. The pastas were also incredibly tasty, and I really appreciated that they offer gluten-free pasta options. Even the chips were delicious.
The staff were nice and the manager was friendly too. It’s a very popular place, so booking ahead is definitely recommended as it gets very busy and noisy. The service was a bit slow, but I would still definitely go back again for the food.
We won’t be returning and we’ll also ensure we advise our friends to avoid it too. Plenty of other restaurants in the vicinity that are more worthy of our custom.
This is one local business that deserves to go out of business!
