Amazing takeout from a small team of 3. Truly a gem of a mom and pop shop that is capable of creating and catering the best meal in the area. They’re also the nicest folks in town

This place is more than just a restaurant, it’s what everything we’re gradually losing in this society. It’s about family, community and making it happen with sweat and tears. A real family business that warms your heart and make you feel belonged every time you go there.

My experience going to Mini Kabob was mediocre. Once I came up front to order, I saw a grandma who seemed nice but was carrying some last minute food supply that looked like she picked up at Super King market. Made me think about the quality…

This place is famous through various different media and it certainly lives up to its hype. Hole-in-the-wall type of a restaurant which mostly works on takeout, even though they have one table outside and if you are lucky you can sit there. When we got here there wasn’t any line which was also a pleasant surprise ! The owner is Armenian and very friendly. Their kebabs are absolutely mind blowing! Order lamb or chicken lula-kebab, it’s the best!

I was in town long enough to have a late lunch here before heading to LAX to catch a red flight to Boston. Best meal I have ever had hands down better than my moms or wife’s cooking. Owner mentioned he will do a pop up event this summer in NYC. Will definitely spread the word and pay him a visit. Good luck to you guys and god bless.

I love Mini Kabob and so do my friends and family. I love how they cook the meats, every time so juice and tender. Love the Eggplant caviar and the hummus and the garlic sauce. But what makes this place so good is the family that owns it. I love talking to the owners, hearing their stories, and receiving their love. If you’re looking to feed your families or parties they also do catering and larger sized containers. Check out my pictures. So good!!!

A friend I was staying with in Glendale highly recommended Mini Kabob, saying that the food was excellent, the family super nice. I took another friend there today, and Armen was so kind. It is cash-only, and we were a few dollars short in cash – Armen kindly told us not to worry about it, and insisted our friend still take the walnut soda he ordered when my friend tried to give it back to Armen. Such a nice guy and such a great experience eating there, sitting on their perfectly nice picnic table outside. (I think my friend still planned to go to an ATM, get cash and pay Armen the rest later!)

The loveliest owners, delicious kabob and sides. Modest store front with charm. Very “New York hole in the wall” vibes. Best falafel in LA.
