Minh Anh is a staple in Cleveland and it’s a shame they are closing. You should for sure try to get here before they close in Oct. The Pho is amazing and they have the best egg rolls I’ve ever had! The lo main is also delicious.

A fabulous restaurant that has been making some of the best Vietnamese food in Cleveland for years. Some of my favorites are the spring rolls with lettuce, vermicelli with grilled pork, rare beef Pho and wonton soup with chicken. They also make great crêpes. Be sure to try their homemade hot oil if you like some heat.

The best Pho in the city, hands down. Never had a bad experience here. The food is always hot, fresh, and tastes great. My favorite is the #21 cinnamon rare beef pho. The egg rolls are fantastic as well. Brought many people here who enjoyed it as well. I highly recommend Minh Anh, you won’t be disappointed.

Such a nice little quite place for a delicious warm meal. I don’t eat beef, server was very helpful with getting me as close to Chicken Pho. Speedy service and great quality food. This will definitely be a main lunch spot of mine.

Best pho in NE Ohio! The cinnamon beef they use is addictive. Had an okay waitress the first time, but the second time the waitress was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. If you are going on a date try to get the window with the orchids.

First time here and we will surely be back. The food was incredibly fresh and nothing was over seasoned. Wife loved the Pho, boys loved the fried rice and I enjoyed my vietnamese stir fry.

This little place is awesome! You’d never even notice it if you didn’t know it was there, it’s just that kind of a hole in the wall joint you don’t expect to find.

I was working across the street and asked a State Highway Patrol officer who had parked and gone in to get takeout how the food was. He told me he had been eating there for over 30 years and said it’s never changed and that the food was delicious so I decided to try it.

The staff inside was super kind when I ordered my take out and the lady told me she knew I’d need utensils and that she’d give me a large flat container to put the food in to make it easier to eat. Little details like that, when she knows I’m working directly across the street on a construction site mean they actually listen to their customers.

I got the Chicken Lo Mien and it was a HUGE container full of chicken, veggies, and plenty of sauce. It was enough to feed myself AND my partner. And at the State Troopers recommendation I got an egg roll which was awesome.

Great food, local business, kind staff, and a good price for the amount and quality of food you get hands down earned this place a 5 star rating from me. Someplace I’ll be keeping in mind whenever I’m in the area again!

Pho was very good – very meaty and I enjoyed the thicker noodles. My husband enjoyed the crepes as well. The egg roll was huge – I wish they were smaller sized and less cabbage. 1 per order for $4.95. Overall everything seemed pricey – small pho was $11.95 on the menu (marked up $1) and then there was a sign at the host stand where you pay indicating another $1 increase. So $13 for a small bowl of pho is pricey for Cleveland.

My favorite place for Pho in Cleveland.
Service is friendly, but be patient. Usually short staffed depending on the time you go. It’s so worth the wait. Egg roll is a personal favorite appetizer.
Try to hot jasmine tea to start.
