Service was excellent. Food was prepared so fast I had to let it cool off before eating my delicious meal. Had beef chow fun and dumplings. All made perfectly to standard. Requested that my partner and I move tables because We can be loud in our conversations and was quickly obliged. Will return whenever I am in this area.

Finally getting around to writing a review for Ming’s after being a customer for over 20 years—this has always been my all-time favorite Korean-Chinese restaurant in the entire tri-state area. Even after moving to NYC, I still crave Ming’s whenever I’m in the mood for tangsooyuk. I usually forget to write a review because I end up devouring the food as soon as it hits the table.
If you’re not Korean, definitely give their Korean-Chinese menu a try—it might just be a delicious surprise!
Recommended dishes: Tangsooyuk (pork), Chili Shrimp, Shredded Hot Green Pepper, and Jjajangmyeon

I have been enjoying Ming’s for years, but had moved away for a while. Finally got to take my wife and daughter here on our most recent trip home and it was as good as I remember. I highly recommend the sesame tofu and the scallion pancake. General Tso’s tofu was also really good as well as the vegetable spring rolls.

We ordered our usual dishes as part of trying different Chinese restaurants. The general tso chicken was excellent. The sweet and sour chicken was OK. The chicken was over cooked and a little chewy. We ordered the fried dumplings and they were great. I will definitely be back to try other dishes

Super cozy restaurant with amazing food. I’ve been here for many years and the food never disappoints. Piping hot and fresh, just the way I like it!

Meat in every bite of pork fried rice! Egg rolls were perfectly crispy. Shrimp Lo mein had great flavor. They are open Christmas Eve and Christmas day. Sweetest hostess lady took our order and it was done fast even though it was a busy night. This place doesn’t disappoint!

What happened to MING’S???? This has always been our go to for Chinese take out or eat in. This last order for take out has convinced us that the original chefs have been held hostage and there are others posing as chefs!
Our food was tasteless. I ordered shrimp with broccoli and although the shrimp was a good size it was so bland, the broccoli was halfway crisp which is nice, but no flavor.
The sweet and sour soup needed more spice- and I don’t like spicy food! Bland.
The sesame chicken was General Tso’s chicken with some sesame thrown on it.
The dumplings were HORRIBLE. For the dump. No flavor, not crispy as fried dumplings should be. The shrimp dumplings consisted of mostly vegetables- where the heck is the shrimp? The steamed dumplings were certainly steamed, all the flavor gone. We literally needed to add salt to the food- unheard of for Chinese food! It didn’t help much.
We normally love to keep leftovers but these were thrown away. We ate it because we were hungry like a bunch of animals but we will never order from here again. So sad, our Ming days are over. We’ve had great memories of really fantastic food. Praying that the hostage chefs will be released.

Ming’s is fantastic. This is old world Chinese food. It is prepared the same way. The steamed dumplings were a 10. I even used the chopsticks that they gave me to enjoy the taste.
