Ming Gee has expanded their dim sum menu, available daily (except Tues- closed) from 11a-3p!

Their baked char siu bows are like PILLOWS! Could’ve used more filling but still yummy!
Love their authentic dishes and of course their yummy Chinese BBQ! Soy sauce chicken is so hard to find (terrible from 99 ranch and only other place that sells it regularly)

This tasted so good. I ordered take out and it was worth it. PLEASE get their house chicken wings they have a delicious sauce. Im used to chicken wings from Chinese restaurants being dry, these were amazing. I ordered the pu pu platter and really liked the egg roll and spare ribs. The house fried rice was also really good. The dine-in atomsphere looked nice and they had a whole duck I watched them chop up while waiting. Next time I may dine in instead of take out 🙂 the people inside looked like they were having a good time.

I came here for the first time and I got the egg rolls, chicken fried rice, and 9 piece chicken (with the sauce that comes on it, on the side). I loved the egg rolls I can tell they are hand made. The chicken wings were good definitely use real baby size wing and not the hormonal ones that’s are huge. The chicken friend rice was good as well. I would definitely come back to order the same thing and try some new things. I do wish they had it as a combination plate but I digress. When I want to treat myself to Chinese takeout I’ll definitely be sure to come here first. They even brought the order to my car because I had to wait 20 mins for a fresh drop of wings and I don’t mind the wait for fresh food. Thank you.

The food here is really delicious… we enjoyed eating here but, the interior was disgusting.. the blinds were filthy. Stains of some sort maybe grease.. the walls had stains too even the ceiling.
Other than that the service was amazing, food was fresh and hot… portions are huge enough to share or take some extra home with you for later. Will be back but I do recommend those window blinds, walls and the ceilings get touched up a bit..

I went to this restaurant a few times. I got invited twice here and I bought roast pork Togo when I come here but I have came back from a while. My family from CA came into town for Thanksgiving. Normally the dish portion would be reasonable large, but there wasn’t much of a large portion. I saw other big tables has large portions. I was taking my dad home who is 91 years old. He mentioned the flavor didn’t have much flavor and less amount on the dish. The price on the menu to me is high. All Asian customers that I see. WE are Asian. My dad comment the other restaurant was better. He was referring to China Chili. China Chili is always busy so it’s word of mouth no advertising. That restaurant customers are all American different races. It’s just my comparison.

Had not been here in many years. Just recently visited and I must say, the food is still and even better!!! Plus some upgrades have been done to the menu and restaurant. The staff is still very friendly and pleasant. Glad we came on in. I brought my Mom and Daughter with me, whom never been here before and they were very pleased!!! We will be returning!! Thank you for remaining the neighborhood staple you are!!!

The servers were on top of it. My bf really appreciated it. He loves his water and he hates when the servers take 30 minutes to refill his water. We never had to ask once. And their orange chicken and rice was so fire and their lo mein was my favorite and this is the only restaurant so far that has bomb juicy tender noodles. So I will be coming again and putting others on.

good food full of flavor, x- large portions, we went on a busy holiday. Wish we had reservations. Ordered 3 dishes to share with 3 people, needed more people for all that food ! Lots of take home. Well worth the money.

I’m not from Az & have learned that there Isn’t any for real authentic Chinese restaurants here. with that being said this place was just okay & I’ve been at least twice..it’s decent that’s all… tho the Sesame seed chicken was nice and hot but the sauce was pretty blah..the fried rice is probably the best they have and that’s not all that either but over all they are decent…I would have gave 4 stars but I don’t like my meat undercooked especially pork so that was disappointing but over all the service was nice and polite. the 2 times I have been ot has never been packed maybe 1 or 2 ppl in there eating

I’ve been in Phoenix for almost 30 years, and somehow, I only just found Ming Gee! This place is such a hidden gem. They’ve got a small dim sum menu–not a ton of options, but hey, it’s better than nothing, and they were actually pretty tasty.

If you’re looking for a fancy spot with trendy decor, Ming Gee isn’t it. But if what you want is just good, authentic Chinese food, you’ll be happy here. Every dish we tried was delicious, and I’m so glad I finally gave it a shot. It’s surprising to find this kind of quality Chinese food over on the west side–just judging by the outside, you’d never expect it.

Plus, I went all out and ordered a roasted pig for Thanksgiving, so stay tuned if you’re curious about how that turns out with Ming Gee’s touch!

Updated: OMG! My family and friends absolutely loved the roasted pig! It was such a fun and delicious experience! Who needs turkey when you have a 60-pound roasted pig for Thanksgiving?
