This was my first visit to Ming Garden. It was some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! Much better than any Chinese place in my local area. (Southwestern Virginia) The buffet was well stocked, fresh, and hot. I was blown away by just how many selections there were.
The egg drop soup was absolutely amazing. It was my favorite out of everything I tried. 🙂
We were seated quickly after arriving. Our waitress was very kind and attentive even though the restaurant was slightly busy. She was good about taking old plates away and providing refills. The booth we sat at was clean.
I will be coming back here. 10/10 on every aspect.

First time ordering Chinese from Mings so I thought that I would give it a shot. Needless to say that the wonton egg drop soup that I ordered was mush. The dumplings were so soft that they literally fell apart and as for the broth it was salty as can be. Dinner I ordered the house special lo mein. Once again the noodles were so soft and greasy. Barely any roast pork and the shrimp they use were like bait shrimp. The egg roll was as cold as it was outside. Never again will I eat there. It was like they took the food from the buffet and gave that to me. Panda express has better Chinese food than Ming’s. Lesson learned!!!!

Do Not Go on a Sunday at 4pm .Food on the bar was all cold . They Should be cited for health reasons. We had been there in past and it was much different. I tried to voice my concerns . They did not seem to care at all. The must get most of their orders from Doordash . where people have to just take what they can get and have to be happy with whatever. Sad we need a decent Chinese Buffet . I will say the orange dessert cake was very good. Try for yourself at your own risk. What going to order to go for homebound . Changed mind on that

Local gem. Prices continue to be outstanding, as are portions and quality!! Pepper chicken is fantastic, crab rangoons the buffet is great and they even have a Mongolian grill. One of our long time favorites!

Basic buffet selection. A few items on the hot bar were pretty good and we got seconds of those items. Other items not as much. The noodles were not very hot, the salad bar was not very appealing and the dessert selection was even worse. The small cake bites were terrible; my child and myself spit it out after the first bite.
Service was very good, friendly and prompt. The place was fairly clean and kept up well. Ladies restroom floor was sticky and the lighting was very dim.

Amazing quality buffet food. The server was attentive but not overbearing. It’s rare to find a buffet where every item is satisfactory but this place does it.

Food was old and dry like it was left from lunch. The Mongolian Grill was not open but will charged full price for the buffet. As for refills good luck getting one unless you flag you waitress down! I use to come here weekly a few years back and thought hey haven’t had it in a while, was I wrong!!! Won’t be back

First off this buffet only cost me a little over $12 including my drink (I think this price is for lunch on the weekdays only) so it’s a great deal! They also have a wide selection to choose from on their buffet and although I wished their hot and sour soup had a little more kick, everything I tried was great. The waitress was really nice and stayed on top of everything despite it being very busy. It was a great experience for us. We will definitely be going back again soon.

I often eat here for lunch. The food is always hot and delicious with a wide variety of options. They keep all the food trays full and the friendly staff is fast and efficient always keeping my drink full and removing dirty plates. The Mongolian grill is awesome. The prices are very reasonable for the variety and quality of the food. I highly recommend Ming Garden
