Horrible drive-thru experience last night. The lady who took my order was extremely rude for no reason. She paying for my food she slammed the windows 3 times and when she gave me my food she slammed the window .
I will be very understanding of long waits during 3rd shift or being short-staffed I work in the industry and I get it but being rude a disrespectful with no motive is something I will not tolerated especially when I’m not giving you any disrespect to you.
On top of that food was cold and made wrong, o asked for no cheese and cheese was added
I will never come back to this location again

We were traveling for the holidays and decided to pick up some McDonalds for the kids for lunch. This McDonalds was right of the highway so very convenient stop. It was honestly the WORST McDonalds we have ever been to. There were 2 homeless men on the property, at the entrance waiting for patrons to enter to ask for money and they were walking up to empty cars parked in the parking lot and looking into them. We decided to park on the other side of the building and entered to pick up our mobile order. The place looked deserted. On a Saturday at noon. We tried to call for some service we were ignored. The floors In the kitchen, were dirty! Red french fry containers and actual fries littered across the floor. The drive up window lady saw us, said nothing and completely ignored us. We had to use the bathroom and an employee had to press a button from the kitchen to let us into the bathroom. The bathrooms were dirty and smelly! We finally caught the attention of a worker and asked for our order – we got out and swore that we will never go back! MOST DISGUSTING, unsafe, and dirty McDonalds we have ever been to. I ordered from Door Dash. I got the Buy 1, Get One Free McNuggets, a McFlurry, Milk Shake, and a McChicken. The nuggets were dried up. There was not a juicy one in either of the orders. The milk shake is watery. The saving grace of this disaster of a meal was the McFlurry. They gave a surprising amount of sauces as well since you usually only get two. I will make sure that I don’t get anything else from this location. I don’t think anyone should order from this location if the food is going to be of such poor quality.

Updated: Stopped here afternoon May 8th. Service was superb, the food was fresh and warm Perfect lunch. Service was top notch, friendly staff who seemed to enjoy their work! They even allowed us to park our electric scooters indoors tucked out of the isle. That was greatly appreciated!

This McDonald’s must be under new management. When I went in there back in the summer I got the worst customer service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Today it was totally different. Employees were very friendly and took my order right after I walked up to the counter and had my order ready a few minutes later. Business was slow when I was in there. My big Mac meal was good and was still warm when I got home. They keep it nice and clean.

DEAR GOD. We sat in the drive through for 60 minutes during “shift change” waiting on our mobile order. We never got our food and the truck behind us got served nuggets because they gave them cash. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Not busy. 8 AM. Pick up only. Restaurant filthy. Machine out of receipts. Rude. Orders wrong. Kept asking what order was. Argued with another customer ahead of us. Tried to dine on but it was too dirty. Eggs were oddly flat and were added later because they were wrapped before the eggs were added. Weird experience.

here on a business trip for a week . ordered on the kiosk and my order number was 680. When my food was ready the employee was screaming out 660 at the top of her lungs very angrily . She looked at me and asked if i was 660 i said no im SIX EIGHTY . she proceeded to tell me what i ordered and said you’re 660. when i got my food the receipt did INDEED say 680 . my children were afraid to sit down and eat after the encounter . needs customer service training BAD! as a 10 plus year food service manager this is unacceptable and i would NEVER treat my customers in this manor . Please train your employees better!!

I never give Google reviews to restaurants, good or bad, but I was compelled to share this. The pictures say it all. I have been here twice and both times the food was so cold that the cheese was not melted. It makes me wonder how long ago the burger was actually grilled. This is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to in my life and I would never recommend anyone going there. Seeing all the other bad reviews, it makes me wonder if management even cares how poor this restaurant really is.

I’m gonna be real the employees here don’t know their head from a hole in the ground. It took like 5 minutes before I could even get my order taken in drive through. The lady didn’t even use the code I gave her. The fries were nice and hot but unsalted. Before I even pulled out of the parking lot I was approached by some homeless lady asking me to buy her a meal. She could probably have just come inside and gotten herself a job. The only reason I came to this dump was that my daughter hadn’t eaten all day. Would not recommend this place to a friend for sure.
