I’ve been coming to Miners Saloon for 5years and they never disappoint. They specialize in links, sandwiches and wonderful soups/salads. That might sound like a limited menu but that is not the case. Their sausages plates are great way to try different types of meats from elk, duck, bison and boar. Their house mustard and pickled veggies give this plate a nice kick. If you are in the mood for a bowl, I’d highly recommend the spicy pork green chili. This is definitely spicy but in a fun way, you will have a nice glow after eating this delicious chili. I love pairing this with their turkey club as the avocado and chili goes great together. Great decor to feel like you are in a mine and servers are constantly checkin to make sure you have everything you need.

Cute bar/restaurant tucked off the main road in Golden. The service was wonderful and the food was good and reasonably priced. I got the chili dog and it was the best hotdog experience – a very fancy and tasty hotdog. I will be back to try more.

Want to get off of the main drag and enjoy a drink with locals and some elk sausage? Then this is your place. They have dozens of beers on tap, a wild game chili and sausages with a pile of pickled veggies. The server was very attentive and the atmosphere is just what you would hope for in Colorado.

Stopped by for a quick lunch and a couple of drinks and sat at the bar as the place was not too busy on a mid week afternoon.
Service was average but the lunch special of half a Panini and cup of soup was excellent for $10 . Rarely do I not enjoy my beer but I definitely ordered the wrong one this time. It was described as a light Pilsner but tasted more like a sour flavoured beer.

Amazing experience, staff was friendly and kitchen was open late. I was not expecting much but the Banh Mi sandwich was absolutely delicious. 10/10 would recommend will definitely be coming back here.

This place was pretty good, except the Slaw, the slaw was a bit flavorless. The Pickle Shot was amazing! The Candied Bacon, wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better. The wrap, I got the Bahn Mi, the sausage was delicious and the wrap was very flavorful.

We have spent the last 10 years loving Miners. We have brought family, and friends. Celebrated birthdays or spent just a random Tuesday hanging here. After last night I’m not sure we will be going back. The service was so weird. We met up with some friends and after waiting 15 minutes decided to get up to track down a server. We would have ordered a second round but she never came back again. Every glass sat empty at our table for over a half hour as she just kept walking past us. Any time any of us would try to make eye contact it was met with her looking the other way. We ended up deciding to leave since it was absolutely fridgid in the restaurant but it was rough even getting the check. My husband finally went to the bar and asked for the check. I could maybe ignore all this if we were sitting in a weird corner but we were smack dab in the middle of the restaurant. A tour group walked in and we watched them be ignored also until the tour guide tracked down a server. I should add that the restaurant wasn’t busy at this point. The food my husband ordered was good at least.

The atmosphere is good, the service was perfect, but the food we had was a complete disappointment. The pork belly in BLT had no flavor at all, was WAY under seasoned, and the roast beef sandwich was pretty mushy and stingy on the beef. I get beef prices are stupid high, but for a $20 sandwich I’d like to not be starved after finishing it. I’d say the meat portion of the roast beef was about 3/4 – 1/2 inch thick, so the sandwich was like 80% bread. The roast beef was also under seasoned, but not near to the degree the blt was, that was just pork belly braised in water . The cocktails were good and the service was great though

One of my favorite places to have lunch in Golden. The $10 lunch specials are great. Draft Coors $4.50. Cool atmosphere nestled in Miners Alley. If you’re in town give Miners Saloon a try!

Great place to eat and have drinks at Golden Colorado. Cozy with views of the snowy mountains, miners era inspired decor. An extensive menu of drinks (about 4 pages!)
Delicious Pear Cider, the wild Chili it’s a most in a cold day, the bison beer brat is just so delicious! If you go to Golden visit this place, even their bathrooms are beautiful!
