I ordered a rib tip combo. It came with 3 sides. They were very generous on the ribs and I definitely got my money’s worth. The price was not bad at all for the amount of food that I ordered. The ribs were very tasty and comparable to any good bbq spot around town. They could’ve been a bit more tender, but I was still very pleased.

Mindy’s Ribs HAS MICE!!!!
Honestly I love Mindy’s, but this is absolutely unacceptable. Me, my girlfriend, and my son had lunch at Mindy’s yesterday. As I was going to refill my drink before we left I saw a mouse come out from underneath a booth/table. My girlfriend informed the staff and they didn’t seem too worried about it. This is disgusting, as much as i love Mindy’s food. We will not be dining here anymore.
On top of all this they blocked me on Facebook. This place should be shut down. I already informed the will county health department.

Delicious food. The ribs were not melt in your mouth but they had a good flavor and soft enough. The BBQ sauce comes in 2 different flavors reg and spicy. The asthetic is old world pub. They sell a selection of ice cream. They have a vast menu on meats and sides. Really cute place overall. Friendly service. We got the rib dinner and split it and 2 small drinks and it was 32.00.

So from advice from a fellow co-worker, I decided to give Mandy’s a try, I didn’t eat my lunch at work, to not ruin my meal, I ordered the Full Slab of Rib Dinner with corn and a baked potato, the wait wasn’t very long, the meal was brought to my table, it took maybe 1 minutes to prep my potato, I bite into the Rib, to find it at room temperature, since it wasn’t hot, ribs were kinda tough, certainly not fall off the bone, I was truly disappointed, and would never go back. I should of known better to look at the reviews..

I pulled into the drive thru right at 8 pm. The website and sign on the door clearly states the restaurant closes at 9 pm on Saturdays. One full hour before close. After waiting in an empty drive thru for 10 minutes, I decided to pull up to the window. The employee then said “we’re closed” and slammed the window shut. If you’re going to close early, that’s fine. Just put a sign up and then no big deal. But it’s incredibly rude and disrespectful to give me attitude and slam the window right in front of me.

I ordered the rib tips dinner with corn and cornbread. I tried the fish sandwich, and for dessert, I ordered a slice of peach cobbler.
Rib tips were on point meaty, not burnt, tenderness just the right amount of sauce we’re the meat not dry,but you can taste the smoke grill flavor.

I would like to know the last time the Board of Health assessed Mindy’s Ribs. I stopped at the drive-up to pick up something quick after not eating for 8 hours. I ordered a cheeseburger and a small fries. The burger was ice-cold and raw. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in oil that was months old. My food was so nasty that I threw it out into the woods by my house for the wildlife. 4 days later, I still see the burger and fries out there. Apparently, the animals don’t even want it.

I had the chicken gyro, it was good but nothing about it stood apart from others so that is why I gave it 4 stars out of 5. I love the atmosphere of this place, super cute and nostalgic. The service was great and it wasn’t crowded. I would visit again if I am in the area.

Food was good but when I went to pay for order with debit card they are charging up charge of 3 percent on debit card which is illegal in Illinois. Questioned them but no manager or owner present to correct issue. Hope owners get issue resolved.

I’ve been eating here for 27 years. I came in the last 4-5 times and all the cashiers are always very rude and in a big hurry and very cocky. Today I ordered some food and for the first time in those 27 years my food was cold very so I let the lady know and she had the kitchen remake my meal. I then got a steer down from all four cooks in the back like how dare you? I waited for my food. I sat back down and ate a little and left because I was uncomfortable Thinking they might’ve done something to my food. Also, when I got there, they gave me my number to go sit down and brought me my food the first time to go when I was sitting in dining at a table with my drink and number. very disappointed in this place lately no kindness. It’s just not the same. I won’t be going here anymore or the family. My neighbors have been telling me that they’re getting the same treatment there that they probably won’t be going either.
