The dish that I ate was the Boneless Wings, with Honey BBQ sauce. It was delicious. Our server was V. She was very kind and remembered our order, without writing it down. There were 6 of us! It was nicely decorated and quiet.

I love Applebee’s…but…every time I order The Bourbon Street Steak, medium rare, it comes well done. There has definitely been a few times it came out correctly, but mostly it does not. The cheesecurds are always good though!

The food is usually cold and they’ll charge you for an 8oz steak that is maybe at best 5 oz. Meat cooks down but not that much. The appetizers are always cold and the bathrooms smell. We’ve always had nice service but it’s definitely our last resort.

Went in on Monday evening, approx. 5:30, they weren’t busy at all. Got the Bourbon chicken and shrimp, chicken had no taste but charred flavor, shrimp were rubbery and how the hell do u screw up mashed potatoes?? Well they did, whiskey sour was weak. Other persons steak was ok, mashed potatoes, well enough said. Chicken won tons were good. Server, not so much, left her personality at home. Used to go in frequently, will definitely look for a new Sunday place to eat. Spending 60.00, not for what I got, you can get me once but not twice..

First we waited till after we got our appetizer and our food before I got my shark bowl 20 minutes later. I ordered the prime rib dipper that they forgot the onions. I asked for broccoli an cheese only. An received whatever that is. An we’ve been here for 45 minutes an have yet to be checked on.

Worst meal we have ever gotten there. Eat there at least once a week and it has usually been good. Today I had Fiesta Lime Chicken and my husband had deluxe cheese burger. 2 for 25.00. Both meals were cold and my rice was gummy. Decided we would give Applebee’s aa rest.

We haven’t been to Applebee’s in quite awhile. So this Sunday evening we tried. We arrived at approximately 5:40 PM. I had to track down the hostess to give our name. It should be noted that we were the only people waiting to be seated. While we patiently waited, 5 tables completed their meals & left. We still sat waiting. An older couple came in & were seated immediately. I should point out that all 3 of us are in our 60’s. When I approached the hostess she informed me that she was unable to bus any of the vacated tables & booths. After waiting for over an hour we were finally seated very close to the kitchen. While I had no problem with the location, the foul language from the kitchen was obnoxious. A large table was seated nearby & I asked how long they had been waiting for their food. When their response was over 45 minutes since placing their orders, that was my final straw. I have NEVER walked out of a restaurant before but my last nerve & patience were gone. I understand short staff issues but I counted 6 different wait staff. I would like to say I will return to Applebee’s in the future, the wait time, lack of concern from staff, I doubt I will return.
