My favorite brunch in the Twin Cities. Mochi biscuit was so good that I went home and recreated it a week later. This is also one of the most well designed eating spaces that I’ve been to in a while. I don’t believe that there’s a ‘must get’ element on this menu, if you order to your tastes you’ll likely be very pleased with what you get.

Highly recommended. The atmosphere is electric, the space is designed extremely well, and the food and drinks are outstanding.
Highly recommended to make a reservation unless you want to wait for a stool at the bar to open which isn’t very often
The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the food and drinks.
The food is delicious. The kimchi is made freshly every day and is absolutely delicious. Everything we had was delicious and made to order.
If you’re sitting at the bar, they do allow you to order from the dining room menu as well, you just have to ask.
If you’re going with a group of people, it’s highly recommended that you make a reservation as it’s a busy spot even on weeknights.

Been wanting to visit this place a long time and it was worth the wait. The food was incredible. Very unique dishes along with some familiar. I recommend getting things you wouldn’t normally order so you can experience the different flavors. The dumpling cart was especially fun. Service and drinks were amazing. Not cheap but you get what you pay for.

What a great experience for a Friday night! Food was wonderful (salmon tar tare, pork belly, pasta, and dessert) and well seasoned. Service was great too and we loved the dumpling cart that made its way around the restaurant. Over all was very happy with everything and highly recommend if you are looking for a fun food experience or an intimate date night!

-Atmosphere and service 5/5
-Tuna gimbap 5/5
-Salmon tartare 5/5
-Squid ink dumplings 4/5
Not sure what squid ink is supposed to taste like, but this just tasted like a normal dumpling. Maybe it’s just hype because it’s got color.
-KFC wings 3/5
Huge, meaty wings. The crunch was perfection. However, it tasted like nothing. We had to ask for more sauce and chili oil. Worst part is we only got one flat and the rest were drummies, lol but I won’t die over it.
-Crab ramyeon 4/5
Not sure if the sauce contains tomato, but this dish reminded me of lobster bisque; if you like that kind of flavor combo, this might be for you. I don’t.
-Wagyu Zabuton 0/5
GROSS. Definitely not worth $68. It was chewy, hard, and poorly seasoned. My boyfriend said it was the worst wagyu he’s ever had. I spit my second bite out because I couldn’t chew it through. It was the only dish we didn’t finish eating.
-The caramel tart thing 4/5
I honestly don’t know which part of the dessert was caramel? It’s literally chocoate.. I’m still confused. But it was really good! If the berry sauce wasn’t salty, it would’ve been perfection.

Finally I made it here after the American Express Platinum card introduced a new quarterly Resy credit benefit that would cover some of the charges from this establishment, so I came here with my partner on a dinner date. Initially I was expecting upscale food not worth the price but I was wrong. The food was so tasty that I ended up being okay with the prices for most of the dishes, which honestly says a lot here.

My favorite dishes weren’t any of the ones recommended on the Resy website under menu highlights. Instead, my favorite dish was the buldak gnocchi, which had textural diversity with gnocchi, mozzarella, chicken, and green onion included. The chicken was braised with gochujang which was evident because the flavor was strong, and lingered for a while, which indicated that they marinated the chicken for just the right amount of time, too. The fatty tuna was also a textural bomb, containing salmon roe that popped, tuna meat, sesame rice, nori, and pickled daikon. And then because the salmon roe had very rich fatty flavor after popping, it coated the rice as well, making the entire chewing experience one with richness. The cream cheese “wontons” had a lot of flavorful cream cheese which actually made me unable to tell what the pickled plum sauce tasted like! The pecorino cheese on the top was a nice addition because the type of saltiness it had complemented the rest of the flavors very well. All amazing dishes!

The crab ramyeon had a great amount of crab meat which was amazing, and had an adequate amount of spice because it had chili butter, which was infused with the rest of the dish. The dessert, yam roulade, tasted like a pear version of carrot cake, essentially. The honeycomb was such a nice touch because it had a different kind of sweetness and it was crispy. Out of all the dishes, the only one I probably wouldn’t order again was the assorted banchan, which I didn’t think was spectacular especially in comparison to other spots that offer such for free.

Because we tried so many dishes, my partner and I spent a lot of money, which once again made me realize that it won’t be a spot that I visit very often. However, I have definitely already recommended this establishment to a few local friends who liked East Asian food and wanted to explore new spots!

Fell in live with place as I walked in! The vibe was just thetr busy and a bunch of conversations were happening with good and drinks getting servied in a dimmed restaurant with a bright open kitchen in the center with great music! I can’t stop talking about how great it was! The food was hood unique perfectly seasoned and flavors that aren’t dry and nice textures! The drinks were pretty good too for some people they might say the alcohol drink might be too strong though. The dessert were to die for!!! Highly recommend it!!!

Went with a group of three and tried a bunch of different menu items. My top two were probably the boneless galbi (marinated short rib) and the Dan Dan Noodles. For a drink I had the old fashioned which was delicious. I’ve also been back and sat at the bar area and had the kimchi cheeseburger which was also very good. The server we had was awesome and gave great recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Popped in after hearing about their happy hour deals. Seated quickly in a surprisingly busy place for a Tuesday afternoon but we were offered storage for our coats and backpacks which is a very nice touch. Spectacular atmosphere and service made me pretty optimistic and the food didn’t disappoint. The burger was excellent easily making the list of best burgers I’ve had in Minneapolis among Porzana (Flora room) and Kizzo. The wings were good but i probably wouldn’t get again especially in comparison to the burger. Will be back to try out the rest of the menu but seems like a great addition to the growing list of special restaurants in NE.

Wow. I waited to come here and I don’t know why now. I’m a sucker for a restaurant with one or two reeeally well done plant-based/vegan options and Minari did not disappoint. I got the avocado dip and the Dan Dan mafaldine as well as two cocktails and everything was great. Staff were very accommodating and kind and I really enjoyed my solo date here. Def bringing my fiance next time tho!! He’d love this place.
