Went in expecting to get a decent bahn mi to start a day of hiking since we were passing through town on a non-pho day.
Did not expect to have the best bowl of beef pho I’ve had stateside.
The soup was so rich and flavorful, perfect level of sweetness and all the right spices / aromatics. Didn’t even reach for the provided Hoisin or Sriracha. The beef rib meat was super tender and fell off the bone.
Grilled beef bahn mi was also amazing – bread was fresh and the beef was perfectly marinated and tender.
I’ll be looking for more excuses to travel in this area just so I can start or finish the day with another bowl of pho from here.
Literally nothing I’d change about our meal here, other than taking a better picture of the food before digging in!

Found it when passing thru Cortez. Didn’t get any drinks, but food was amazing. Got pho, spring rolls, fries and popcorn chicken, and shrimp fried rice. And the TOASTED COCONUT RANCH! Must try. Everything was perfect.
Amazing value, packaged well for carryout, made fresh. If I stayed nearby I would eat here twice a week with their prices. Best of luck to them <3

The food in Cortez isn’t great. I had given up hope. Then I tried this place and it healed the hole that cortez created in my food soul. I got the Beef Pho, a special, and it absolutely brings every flavor I would hope for. Deep bone brothy flavor with a wonderful balance of herbs and spices. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the Thai tea I got was perfect. I also got a basket of fries and popcorn chicken and it had amazing flavor, without being too oily, and you must get the coconut dipping sauce. I’ll be back before I leave!

Since they opened, we have been here at least 10x…. And we live 45 mins away
But honestly it’s all we’re craving currently!!
Every time, straight fire!! The fish sauce wings are so crispy and juicy!!
The Bahn mis are so yummy, crispy and authentic!!
The Vietnamese coffee will get you Jackedddd!!
We also love the chicken lemongrass rice meal. That’s not photod here.

We stopped here for a healthy lunch and Boba. We had the chicken pho, beef pho, and the vermicelli noodles. The food was excellent: the ingredients were fresh and the pho was some of the best I have had. I highly recommend Min-Tea.
