I had originally given five stars because it was something new and the staff was very friendly and the food was good even though a little overpriced for what they are actually serving. So I was very disappointed the second time my husband and I went to have brunch. He ordered the full breakfast that included pancakes. The server asked if he wanted one or three pancakes and my husband asked if it was possible for him to get 2. The server told him it would not be a problem and made no mention of the cost. When we got the check, we were very surprised to find out that we were charged $10 for the additional pancake on top of the price of the breakfast. It literally said add one pancake $10 which is absolutely crazy to me. The fact that they would charge $10 for one pancake alone is insane, but the fact that she did not mention that when he asked if he could have two is unacceptable. And unlike when they first opened, I don’t know what they’re using for the mimosas, but I tried two different flavors and was very disappointed. It did not taste like the flavor they claimed it was. I just tasted sparkling wine.

The cafe has potential but needs improvement. My avocado toast was disappointing—thin bread made the seasoned avocado soggy quickly. On the other hand, my friend’s dish was delicious, and the hot salsa they requested was excellent.

Service could use more staff; our server was kind but forgetful, and we had to keep asking for essentials like cutlery and napkins. There was also a noticeable delay in serving food. With better staffing and attention to detail, this could be a great spot!

We went on a busy Sunday morning so service was a little slow but the waitresses brought a lovely sopa de fideo quickly. I ordered chilaquiles which were delicious. The sauce was exceptional and don’t miss the potatoes as a side. My companion couldn’t stop picking them off my plate, haha.
The prices were a little high but it was a nice splurge. I will eat here again. Thank you to the waitresses for your kindness and a cozy experience.

Went with some friends, food was on point and delicious. Hopefully they spruce up the place and make it more girly, pink and fun. It’s a bit on the darker side now. Also there was no music and quiet. Think Cafe Lola vibes in Las Vegas, that would be a great aesthetic for this restaurant and kinda sorta what I was expecting

Server/Owner?? Was not welcoming. Appetizer came out and then the waitress finally came to take our entree order. Our server was changed three different times for no apparent reason. Restaurant was empty when we visited so I’m not sure why the service was so bad. I’ve been to this restaurant twice, the first time we were greeted with bread and complimentary soup, this time that was not the case.-0/10 rating

Hands down the worst breakfast food I’ve ever had in my entire life. Eggs were gross. “Country potatoes” were tiny chopped up unseasoned MICROWAVED potato bits, the toast was literally a slice of bread raw on one side and barely toasted on the other, and what is with the weird unflavored waterty tomato soup thing? It felt like we were being pranked, certainly they cannot think their food is good????

Excited to try this new place in Merced. Sad to say I was disappointed. Breakfast was ok. My chilaquiles were very good, husbands huevos rancheros were lacking. Would not order those again. The worst part was the mimosas. For a place called mimosa you expect their mimosas to be exceptional and they were far from it. We ordered the pitcher of mimosa and we chose the guava flavored. There was not even a hint of guava flavor. It tasted like a standard orange juice mimosa. So much so that we confirmed the flavor we received from the waitress. It’s clear they are using cheap watered down juice for the mimosas. And at $55 for the pitcher you expect better quality juice and to at least taste the flavor you chose. Again, with mimosa as their namesake it’s not unrealistic to expect if nothing else, a delicious mimosa and that’s not what you will get here. Would not return for standard food and much less for substandard mimosas.

Mimosa’s were great! Service was great! Food was disappointing. Avacado tst was 12$ for a slice of average bread, avacado was not fresh and came from a container. Definitely there is a need to elevate quality of dishes!
