The food and atmosphere were both fantastic. I really loved the 3 tapas we shared, and the vibe was really good.

Very happy with dinner here. We were early (5 pm) with no one else there. The male bartender/ waiter was extremely nice and very helpful on what to order. The Tosta de setas was my fave along with the Crema Catalana.

This restaurant is fairly small so it was quiet but overall had a nice vibe. Our food was yummy but nothing to obsess over – the best thing we ate was the seafood paella. They also had an extensive cocktail selection!

This place was so good we went twice while we were in Breckinridge (so we could try everything we were too full to try the first time)! Everything is made and presented with care and elegance, from the small plates to the steaming cast iron full of paella. Each dish is so creative and cooked to perfection that we picked the plates clean and were eating leftover sauces with our spoons. The drinks are delicious, strong, and uniquely crafted to go along with any of the dishes you order. The atmosphere is intimate and classy and the servers are attentive while giving you space to enjoy your food and drink. I highly recommend anything on the menu – plan to spend an hour or two here because you will want to try everything!

Excellent ambience and tapas. The food made me feel like I was at home, in Barcelona. The cocktails are unique and very tasty! The staff was wonderful, and knowledgeable about the drinks and food menu. We had a great tapas night! Very cozy environment and enjoyable for a date night.

Very friendly staff will take the time to explain the menu of you need help. Excellent food, expertly prepared. It is hard to pick a favorite dish. We ordered several dishes and all of them were great. Most of our dishes were fairly rich; we were very full when we left. Good wine list of Spanish wines, several by the glass, and lots of unusual varietals. Nice cocktail menu as well with a full bar. Great music,, mostly European like The Cure and even some Spanish bands with some Bowie mixed in. Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at Mimo Fancy Tapas. The atmosphere is super personable and will make you feel like a very exclusive customer. Our server, Rob, was attentive, patient, and very kind. There are several items from the cocktail and food menus that I could easily recommend to you but from my photos you’ll notice that we practically tried everything (even though I didn’t upload all my photos). The important point is that anything coming from the kitchen or the bar will be delicious and presented beautifully. You can’t go wrong. Mimo is a must-go while in Breck.

We ordered the octopus appetizer, the Tosta de Sesta al Ajillo, and the Seafood Paella. My favorite was the Tosta de Sesta, soooo good (I highly recommend this one). The Paella was different, not bad, just different, it was wet and cheesy, and did not have the crust at the bottom that I was looking forward to. It had mostly mussels, and only a couple of shrimps. Would have preferred more shrimps and less mussels. It is a small restaurant with only a few tables. We went on a Thursday night and we had no issues. They only take reservations for parties of 8 or more. We parked at F Lot and walked to the restaurant. Parking is free after 3 pm there and the walk was like 5 mins.
