I really enjoyed the fajitas here! The seasoning is absolutely fantastic and gives the whole dish a rich, mouth-watering flavor. The meat is sliced nice and thin, which makes it super tender and easy to eat, and it pairs perfectly with the sautéed peppers and onions . Everything together tastes fresh, warm, and really satisfying. The only small downside for me was the salsa — it wasn’t as impressive as the rest of the dish and could definitely be improved. But honestly, aside from that, the meal was excellent. The fajitas themselves were delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor. I’d definitely order them again and recommend giving them a try if you’re a fan of classic fajitas!

This was the most authentic and quality Mexican food I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating, it also came at a very reasonable price. I’m very picky when it comes to sauces or toppings on food but this place made me love everything on the tacos, I didn’t even know my taco had tomatoes on it till I was done. Hands down the best food I’ve had. Please eat here. And try the sauces and guacamole especially if it’s something you normally wouldn’t do. You won’t regret it.

I ordered a burrito with steak, rice, beans and cheese. And man…hands down the best burrito I have ever had! They are very accommodating with your requests and even have iced coffees. I saw one carried out to another table and ordered one. Delicious!!! A bit on the pricey side but worth every penny!!!

Corn in a cup is canned corn Instead of roasted. The Sope was super thin and greasey. The guy didn’t ask if we wanted more chips for our guacamole. First time we came here was AMAZING. Idk what’s happening but we will be back

This place in awesome! Haven’t had real Mexican food for a long time. Moved to a town with none. It’s so nice to find a place that does it right. Got 3 kinds of tacos, loved every one. The salsa, both colors, were perfect! If you are passing through you have to stop. If you live here you need to go here often!

Mimi’s is a small authentic Mexican restaurant. I was a little disappointed when it came to the chips and salsa. The chips were definitely store bought and the salsa wasn’t anywhere as good as I expected.
I was a little nervous about the meal I had ordered. Based off of the chips and salsa I was a little questionable as to whether my meal would be worth the wait money spent.
When my meal arrived I was shocked by how good it looked. After taking the first bite, I was hooked. The fajitas I got was exceptionally good.
The reason I gave Mimi’s four stars was because of the chips and salsa. But if you aren’t into that, but like eating authentic Mexican and not you Texmexs style Mexican food. Then Mimi’s is a great choice.
I am glad I didn’t leave based off the opener because the closer was fantastic.
