This is a place that is tucked away behind much of the main businesses in town. If you can find it, your in for a treat. This little place has some of the best traditional Mexican food. I am very impressed with how delicious their meals are. Good food and great prices. They are very generous with the portions too. The servers are also very kind.

This is the best, most authentic Mexican food that you will find in Northwest Arkansas. Out of a food truck of all places. The Cane Asada tacos are great. The California burrito is amazing, and the burria tacos are next level. The service is friendly, and the food is made fresh, but worth the wait. You are standing in a parking lot but the food is awesome.

Excellent food that is priced well.
I ate here when passing through and I don’t regret it. This place has a 5 star rating for a reason. I got a chicken burrito and chips/salsa. Everything was fresh and burrito stuffed to the brim with ingredients. Keep in mind this is a food trailer with picnic tables out front.

Great food truck! We had the pork tamales, the al pastor tacos, a kids cheese quesadilla, and an order of chips and queso. The beans were a little bland, but everything else was delicious. The service was great and we didn’t have to wait long for our food to be ready. Next time I plan to call my order in and get the papusas, as I was told they take a little while. If you are in Elkins and want some good Mexican food, give this place a try!

Honestly the best food you can get in Elkins and I personally think Mimi’s is just some of the best Mexican food you can get in NWA. Also the owners are so so nice. I always will recommend eating at Mimi’s.
