My husband and I are here from out of town and we were cravvinnggg a good bagel sandwich. There are SO many options nearby, but after looking through everyone’s, we liked the look and menu of Mimi’s the best and decided to stop by. So glad we did, these bagels were incredible. The worker was so nice and had great recommendations. We practically inhaled these and I am so full.
Definitely recommend trying these guys out. Cute food truck, some seating, quiet spot.

Amazing bagel sandwiches!!! Probably the best I’ve ever had. Quick service, lots of good options, friendly employees. They gave my sister and me 2 free pastries, which were also delicious. Definitely recommend!

Dense, chewy, no frills Bagels. These are legit, yall. If a real east coast bagel has ever graced your lips, you know the difference. Great service, great prices, bomb sandwiches, mountains of cream cheese. There are oodles of bagel types! I didn’t try the crumb cake but holy cow it looked amazing and was a HUGE slice. Instead I got dessert for breakfast with a French toast bagel and the pumpkin cream cheese special. It was divine. Spouse got a meat filled sandwich that was so good and cheesy. Can’t wait to come back.

Sandwiches are big! The place was clearly very popular (Sunday morning). Cart tucked away in seemingly random pulloff had true NJ/NY vibes. Pork roll was a treat! I dare say Bend does not offer a more authentic, East Coast breakfast on-the-go experience than Mimi’s.

The absolute best Jersey Style boiled bagels.
I had the sandwich with the lox, tomatoes capers and red onion. Amazing chew! The crumb cake is a cinnamon sugar flavor bomb.
If we still lived in the area it would be a regular breakfast. Guess we will be traveling to Bend more often just to get Mimi’s bagels

NYC born and raised, Mimi’s does not disappoint. I’m truly obsessed. I lived in Denber for 5 years before Bend and didn’t meet 1 bagel I liked. Having good bagels in Bend has been a game changer. Also literally not one other bagel place in town has american cheese as an option – the primary melting cheese for a BEC. Also so many other fun options!! It’s expensive, yes, but i’m paying for quality – especially for something that I consider a weekend treat. It’s so worth it!!!!
