Mimi Garden Dumpling and Bao was absolutely delicious! The dumplings were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the bao had just the right balance of texture and taste. You can truly tell care goes into every dish.
The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was attentive, and the overall experience was wonderful. If you’re looking for authentic flavors and a cozy place to enjoy them, this is definitely a spot to visit. Floor Xpo Appreciates The good food.

I just finished a dumpling making class here – it was so fun! The staff very interactive and they were providing feedback. They prepared enough materials and supplies for all of us . The chili oil is amazing , their dumplings here are beautiful, their dough, their filling , everything was fantastic – my new favorite dumpling place! I have literally been looking for amazingly made fresh dumplings and this will be my go to place! Thank you MIMI GARDEN ❤️ these are some I prepared in the class

Mimi Garden has excellent service and is clearly a busy busy restaurant. They serve authentic Chinese food. I used to have to go to Bellaire to get this kind of food but now it’s local. The steam buns, fried rice, and Szechuan beef noodles were awesome!
Any one star review is grossly exaggerated because, I feel like I got my money’s worth. Any patrons complaining about the high prices haven’t come to terms with inflation. Also, this is a restaurant, NOT a diner.
I will be returning, but next time I’ll be dining in instead of receiving takeout.
Edit: I dined in and the service was expedient with attentive servers. I’ll be returning again 10/10

This is my second time coming here with my family and I love it! The food is amazing! It’s not salty or greasy (at least the things I get) and there are options for vegans and vegetarians and it taste amazing also as a girl who manages Type 1 Diabetes Im always so happy when my family finds places that have options for my dietary needs! If you’re ever considered about not being full and satisfied after don’t worry you will be you might even have leftovers ! I personally really love and enjoy the Wood Ear Mushroom with vinegar! The service is really good as well they’re very kind and attentive! They come and check every once in awhile to make sure you’re enjoying your food and will remove your dishes as soon as possible. The atmosphere is so comfy and homey and it’s always decorated for whatever holiday it is at the time! I definitely would recommend you come and give it a try if you love Chinese food or want to give it a try!

I have eaten here 3 times since it opened and everyone who’s tried it with me has loved it just as much as I did.
The interior design is cozy and modern with lots of woods and plants. The windows allow for natural light and views into nature from inside the restaurant. The staff is friendly and welcoming and highly attentive.
I really love the food here. Everything I’ve ever ordered thus far had amazing texture as well as flavor. My faves: crab roe xiao long bao, glutinous rice dumplings wrapped in lotus leaf, crispy beef rolls, cuttle fish dumplings, shrimp & pork wonton in chili sauce, & mongolian beef. Please beware that the menu fluctates depending on what’s available I’m guessing what ingredients they have on hand.
I enjoyed watching them make the dumplings fresh through the glass.
The restrooms are clean and the restaurant is cozy. I can’t wait to come back again. I think about this restaurant often and always recommend it to people. I hope they stay for years to come!

Literally the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at, the food was incredible, especially the soup dumplings. I ordered a Taro milk which was only around 5 bucks, and you get a lot of drink for it. The atmosphere is really nice, and my server was very helpful :]

Food tastes good & fresh. Service was fast. I came with a bunch of friends & coworkers, about almost 20 of us. Not a very good place for a big group since place is small and no private area or corner for a large noisy group of friends But even my Chinese friend approved of the food!
