The food here is excellent and the dining room and rest room was sparkling clean. Tiffany rang us up and she was awesome! She focused on and took excellent care of us. Her customer service is impressive! 10/10 would recommend. Tiffany deserves a raise!

Did 4 pierce Chicken tenders meal. I usually come in with low expectations, but today was a solid meal. The Tenders was crunchy (in a good way) firm yet soft on the inside. The fries had good seasoning and good portions. The Ranch tasted like good quality, two dips with enough for the whole meal. 11.30 for the whole meal. Definitely will be back. 9.6/10 Fast-food at it’s finest.

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!! We were in town for the Queens concert and stopped by becahae we’d never experienced Milo’s before. The customer experience was BEYOND top notch!!! The managers Shawn and Jeri King were the most pleasant people I’ve ever met!!! They gave extraordinary service!!! Allowed us to sample many items and sauces!! Before leaving I happened to mention it was my birthday and they had me leaving feeling like royalty!!! Freebies left and right!!!! We will definitely be back whenever we come back in town!!!!

Every time I come to this Milo’s, the service is on point. Cam deserves a huge shoutout — she always makes sure everything is in order, the food is fresh, and my orders are always right. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. The whole team moves smooth, but Cam really stands out. This location is consistent, clean, and always hits. Highly recommend!

Today was our first time at Milo’s and we Had such a great experience! When we were deciding what to order, the cashier asked if it was our first time, and I told him it was, he actually brought over a few fries and a chicken strip to us with all the sauces to try! I was so pleasantly surprised he did this, and it helped us decide which sauce we wanted to order with our meals. The staff were so friendly and the food was incredible. We will definitely be back!

3/27/25 night crew goes crazy, they (Marcus) were waving us in from outside to come in. Shift leader amazing, food prep amazing. Food was out quick and HOT. 10/10 would recommend this location. Location clean, and bussed well

Milo’s sauces are tasty. The burger is not grease, and the meat wasn’t dry. Customer service was excellent. There is no parking lot. Street parking is limited, and there are no signs for no parking, so we got a parking ticket on the street.

Super kind and helpful employees, I have never been here before and came because I was curious and enjoy the Milos sweet tea brand. Workers gave good suggestions and I got a #6 burger combo it was really good, rich and filling 🙂 the fries are solid and my fiance got the nuggets. He was not a fan of the texture but I thought the chicken was good quality and just ate his leftovers. Overall good experience and of course reccomend the tea !!

John at the register was freaking amazing! He was super helpful (it was my first time at Milo’s) and he was so nice and sweet. The whole staff tonight (November 10th around 6pm) was super nice, even the guy working the back was super helpful and helped John get me set up with a few fries and little chicken pieces so I could taste test all the dipping sauces. I will 100% be returning the next time I visit Birmingham! Thank yall for making my first Milo’s experience a great one!
