The food was great. The wait for the food was a bit longer than I felt like it would have been. I ordered a shake after my meal, and it took over 20 minutes to get it. I ended up having to ask a manager about it. There was no one remotely trying to make it. Once I told her, she got right in it.

The chicken sandwich was decent (which is why it’s 3 stars) , however, the hamburgers… Yikes. The closest I can describe it is that it’s literally the hamburgers you would get at a high school school cafeteria. Very bland. In fact, it was so bland that I found myself thankful that I didn’t order a double cheeseburger with more meat because the bun was really the only good part. Not trying to diss the restaurant cause the other stuff looked good, but seriously, the hamburger recipe needs to be rexamined.

Took forever to get the food. Place looked disgusting. Burger was terribly wrapped and tasted bland. Fries were the only decent thing. One employee was hanging out in the Lounge instead of staying behind the counter to work.

We stopped through today on our way back home from traveling. It was our first time trying Milo’s. The manager, Richard went above and beyond to tell us about all the different sauces and the food. We were able to try all the sauces before we ordered. Everything came out hot and fresh. The grilled tenders & fried tenders were both delicious along with the saucy fries. Don’t sleep on their sweat tea and fried pies. . We will definitely stop again when traveling through.

Came in on my lunch break, only person in the lobby, and for a single cheeseburger, mayo ketchup onion only, took 28 min… Had no lunch break by time I got it, and when I did try and eat it cold later they messed it even, no onion on it…. Worst first time exp ever for a milos SMH won’t be back

Awesome experience traveling through Clanton, Alabama!! Excellent customer service, extremely clean environment and bathrooms, the food is outstanding and the tea is the absolute best!! We will definitely be returning on our way back home. The tender sandwich, tenders and burgers are so fresh and tasty. Definitely stop by Milo,/ on your way through Clanton!
