We really enjoyed our visit to Folsom Palace. The servers were friendly and attentive. The food was FANTASTIC! Everything is made to order and excellent. My wife even ate two dumplings and she never likes dumplings. We will be back for more!

My whole family enjoyed this meal, particularly my parents who haven’t found a favorite Chinese food restaurant since moving here 8 years ago. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was tidy and nicely decorated. I ordered to go and was pleased to see that Folsom Palace uses cardboard containers rather than plastic. The portions were generous. Delicious! We look forward to going back.

Disgusting overly salty unappetizing food after making you wait hours to have it ready. If you want to eat here, be ready to sit and wait and once u finally get your food, don’t expect it to taste good, but since you waited so long and you’re probably starving by then, you might be able to stomach it. I couldn’t do it though I had to throw it away it was too bad. I’m disappointed

Ordered online to pickup takeout, gave a decent tip. Pick up time given was 5:50 PM. Food was not ready until 7:40 PM!! Waited in parking lot for nearly 2 hours. Was told food would be ready ‘in 5-10 mins’ at 6:45 PM, another lie…Horrible customer service. Will not ever be going back.

Had a Take out order tonight (12/9/2025) for Mongolian Chicken and got home and found I had been given Mongolian beef. This is not the first time my order was filled incorrectly. I gave Folsom Palace a second chance. Unfortunately, for them, there will not be a third.

Saturday afternoon, the place was deserted. Nobody to greet customers. Finally get seated and finally get a menu (again, I’m the only customer). Very disappointed, there’s not one combination plate. Waste of time.

Food has been excellent. I have gone to eat here for lunch a few times now with a coworker and roughly pay 15- 20 per meal. You won’t be disappointed. Great choice.

Good but not overly impressive. $60 meal for these 4 items pictured and they didn’t even offer rice. I could have cook same quality from Trader Joe’s frozen food section for $20 with rice.

This meal really hit the spot. I’m new to the area and haven’t had Chinese food out here until tryin Folsom Palace. We got lemon chicken, orange chicken, and pork fried rice. Both of our chicken entrees were very good. The lemon chicken had a very rich and creamy sauce with good lemon flavor. The orange chicken was a good balance of orange bitter and sweet tastes. We called on the phone. The service was fast and food was ready when I got there. Still hot when I got home. Pretty satisfied and will return soon.
