I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Susan earlier in the day. My friends and I wanted catfish as I was craving real Mississippi catfish. We were originally going to Hagy’s but decided to give Mills a try… My friends who go to Hagy’s on occasion overwhelmingly favored Mills. The fish was outstanding and locally sourced from the Mississippi Delta. The portions are plentiful and Ms. Susan treated us like family with conversation. Her team is was just as kind. This is seconds off of Highway 72. It’s very much worth the drive – it only took us 25 minutes from Iuka. They’re already suggesting it to others!

Mills is a very low-key, simple steakhouse. We’ve been twice and the food was well prepared both times. The steaks are cooked well and the prices are fair. The menu is short and simple with no frills, just like the decor. The brat overall value is the 32oz sirloin for two. It provides an affordable date-night meal. Tonight, I got a 16oz sirloin and my wife got the beef tips. She said they were the best she has eaten in many years. Server was very friendly and on top of things. Overall, this place is a good value

Six peace catfish strips, homemade onion rings, and hushpuppy’s.
Food went from cooker to the table, great service! The fish was delicious, onion rings were outstanding too, the hushpuppy’s lacked everything, probably Sysco or PFG. They were cooked correctly, but take away from the fish and onion rings terribly. The wife had the grilled vegetables and beef tips, she said they were both delicious! Looking forward to a return soon!
